Powder Day Rendezvous is a Cascades at EagleRidge townhome, with an easy walk to the ski mountain and plenty of recent, thoughtful upgrades. This home is perfect for large families and groups getting together in Steamboat Springs to enjoy the mountain paradise. The home can sleep 10 comfortably in five bedrooms and three and a half baths, 12 using the pull out bed in the lower level living room. If enjoying fresh mountain air while soaking in the new private hot tub from your own deck is appealing, then Powder Day Rendezvous is the vacation home you've been looking for! Plus, for those summer visits, you will stay cool with AC throughout the whole home. Upgraded high speed internet and a two player cocktail table arcade game with hundreds of games are just a few more highlights of the property, time to brush up on those Pac Man skills! New in fall of 2024 - full kitchen remodel and all new flooring throughout the property!!

The large, open floor plan easily accommodates your group; a fantastic living room with a big screen TV and xfinity cable, a large dining room and a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools. Cooking meals for your family and friends is easy in our spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Gathering at the large dining table for meals, games and conversation is where memories will be made. The main living level also features a primary bedroom with a king size sleep number bed and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub for two and a separate walk in shower. You will also find the door to the deck on the main floor to your private, 8 person hot tub where you can enjoy the mountain views while soaking in the tub. Upstairs from the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with twin beds, plus a full shared bathroom. The lower level has the second living area with a pull out sofa bed, a large TV to watch your favorite shows on and a desk if remote work is necessary. The last two bedrooms are on this lower level as well each with two twin beds and another full bath. The full sized washer and dryer are in the laundry room where you will also find the tankless water heater that provides unlimited hot water for showers.

During ski season you will have access to 2 shuttles to get you around town. One looping ski shuttle to take you to the ski area and another on-call shuttle to take you downtown or anywhere within city limits.

Parking is available in the 2 car garage plus room for 2 more smaller cars in the driveway in front of this garage. PLEASE NO NOT BLOCK YOUR NEIGHBORS ACCESS TO THEIR GARAGE. No RVs or Trailers allowed! garage door height 82 inches, length 19', width 19'.

Please note that the HOA no longer allows gas grills but the owner has purchased an electric grill for guest cooking on the outdoor patio!

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
