Newly decorated 2 BR 2 bath Sleeps 6 outdoor pool, close to Torch Lake, wifi

This lady was looking for a free vacation She reported that the sheets on one bed had not been changed and that there was a sock under the bed, but she did not notify me until the following day. Our guest book specifically asks guests to call or text me with any concerns so I can address them promptly. As soon as she contacted me, I sent housekeeping over. They confirmed the sheets were clean but slightly wrinkled, and they changed them again to accommodate her. She also said she was happy with the rest of the condo and that it was clean. I acknowledge that housekeeping missed the sock, and we take responsibility for that oversight. However, it was promptly addressed once reported. Shortly afterward, she began requesting 50% off the entire cleaning fee and threatened a negative review if I didn't agree. I’m always willing to resolve legitimate concerns, but given that the issue was minor, promptly addressed, and not reported until the following day, I don't believe a 50% refund is warranted. Reluctantly I gave her $20.

I am very sorry that this guest mis -read the description. There is no where in this listing that lists 2 queen a king and bunk beds in 1 bedroom. The pictures of the bedrooms very clearly show what we have. We have a queen in the master and a set of full size bunk beds and a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom. This is an 800 sq ft condo. I don't even know what else to say other than please disregard this review.

I am very sorry that this guest was not happy with her stay. She did not reach out at all for assistance. Someone is always available to help. We have the simplest door lock they make and a guest book with wifi passwords. I can't make it any easier and had she reached out I would have been happy to assist. Please do not let this deter you from choosing this value priced condo.

I completely appologize for this guests experience and I will be reaching out to her to offer a future discount at one of my other properties. This condo is value based and does need some updates. Carpet is in the plans. It is not dirty. We have cleaned it but there are stains that won't come out. The refrigerator is not dirty. It is old as well and will be replaced. If you are looking for an upscale stay I have many other options. If you are on a budget and won't be at the condo much this is fine. One thing I am not sure about is the linen. Our linen is clean. There was clean linen in the dryer not dirty linen.
