401 South Hampton was Wonderful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exceeded our expectations! There were 2 couples in our party, so each couple had their own bathroom and balcony. Plus a larger shared balcony off the living room for cocktails after dinner! The decor was pleasing and relaxing. The kitchen had every appliance that we could have wanted. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The resort has multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Close enough to main attractions and stores in the business district, but far enough away we didn't hear traffic. Very satisfied! Will stay again!

Excellent

We love Myrtle Beach and this place was a great location near everything!! The condo was quite large and my family of 6 was super comfortable! We were right on the beach and were able to enjoy all the amenities included within this huge resort! Would definitely stay here again!

Very Beautiful

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the location. Some amenities we did not use due to the weather however there is much to do around the location.

Spring break

Condo was beautiful and well stocked. Only thing missing was hair dryers. Love the location, beds slept wonderful. Would recommend to all.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well cared for everything was—it immediately felt comfortable and welcoming.The location of the unit was perfect. Being right off the elevator made getting in and out incredibly convenient, and having two pools and beach access just steps away was a huge bonus. We loved how easy it was to go from the room to the pool or beach without having to walk far.The owners were great to work with throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, responded quickly to any questions, and made sure everything went smoothly, which we really appreciated.The property's location was another highlight. It was close to Tanger Outlets, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants and shopping, so everything we needed was nearby. Whether we wanted to grab a quick meal, do some shopping, or pick up essentials, it was all just a short drive away.Overall, this condo was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect for my family of five. Very kid friendly, the beach and waterpark were steps away. Close drive to Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing and Alligator Adventure. Beds were extremely comfortable and the space felt clean and homey. Customer service was excellent! Our door code stopped working the morning we were checking out but the issue was fixed within minutes and no time was lost. We loved our stay here and my kids are already asking if we can go back again.

Rachelle was great to work with and was quick to respond. The unit was the right size for 4 adults. The only suggestion I would have is to upgrade the TV's in the bedrooms and purchase a blender for the kitchen.

Nice Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was spacious, well decorated and a great location. Some of the basics/starters could be enhanced (no paper towels, no laundry detergent). Would be nice to have a broom and mop - the floors looked clean but needed mopped. Biggest issue impacting our stay was that the blind on one of the doors in the bedroom leading to the deck was missing. This resulted in the sun coming straight into that bedroom around 5:30am which meant the kids were up early. I reported it to maintenance, and they tried to help with what they had but it didn't address the light.

Unit was spacious and clean and we had plenty of room for our group of 5. We needed some kitchen towels and bath towels and the management company responded quickly to our request. Check in and check out process was super easy. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean & as described. Very comfortable beds! Great communication & easy check in. Since kids splash pad wasn’t ready they even gave us free passes to the Water park there. The kids loved that!

Relocation Stay

I stayed almost a month looking at home sites, with family and friends coming at different times for a short stay with me. Everyone enjoyed the roomy-ness, amenities, view of the beach and comfort of the condo.

Great location and house!!

Enjoyed our stay celebrating my father's 80th birthday. We had discovered that the master bath needed a little more attention in cleaning. I called the host and she had housekeeping come immediately. She was prompt and extremely friendly and professional. She resolved the issue and returned with fresh towels. We had no other issues and plan to return soon!!

Great location & facilities, but needs thorough deep clean

My Wife and I made the overnight trip from Buffalo NY with our 3 young boys. The location was perfect for families with small children. It was only a short walk to the beach, pool and access to the Kingston Resort waterpark. The condo bedrooms were good size and we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our balcony. Our only concern was the cleanliness. When we arrived, the floors were dirty with debris from previous guests. Floors/rugs/baseboards were in need of a "deep" clean. Food/crumbs and general grime were a problem throughout the condo. Old french fries in the kitchen cabinetry, hairs stuck to baseboards in the bathroom, etc. We wore our flip flops inside the condo while we were there due to being grossed out. However, with small children that constantly do things on the floor, a clean floor is a necessity. Following our arrival, we made a trip to Walmart in order to purchase our own cleaning and disinfectant supplies. Not exactly what you want to spend your time doing after driving through the night with small children. After complaining to management, the following day they sent a staff member to clean while we were at the beach. We appreciated their help, however it wasn't thorough. Despite this inconvenience we had a great time otherwise. Plenty to see and do and we spent most of our time exploring the area.
