Imagine waking up to the sun coming up across the lake, birds making their wake up calls as you step out onto the private patio. Our home is steps away from Georgetown Lake, eight miles to Discovery Ski Area, 28 miles to Fairmont Hot Springs, and 18 miles to Old Works Golf Club (a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course), at Lakeside at Georgetown Marina, Dentons Point. It is situated 16 miles from historic Philipsburg, with local shopping, coffee houses, restaurants, breweries, sapphire panning, and the world famous Sweet Palace.

As renters, during the warmer months you will have access to a boat launch at the adjacent marina, which also offers picnicking, swimming at Dentons Point beach, great fishing, walking trails, and a variety of other activities. During winter months, ice fishing is popular on Georgetown Lake, and Discovery Ski Area is a short eight miles away.

Our lake house is an open concept, modern design with natural light and nice finishes. The house is steps away from Georgetown Lake and has unobstructed lake views, a glass-enclosed porch with large charcoal barbecue, and nice outdoor furniture. A cozy reading loft located above the kitchen has a smart TV and futon. Master bedroom boasts a king bed, twin bunk bed, smart TV, lake view, private bathroom w/shower, and second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk. Second bathroom has a tub/shower. We even have a pack ‘n play and eating chair for the little ones! Modern kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer, a smart TV in the loft above the kitchen, and WiFi internet. Your stay includes all the comforts of home.
