This resort is very family friendly and would be great for large family trips. The pools are pretty small and get very busy. The beach is long but not much space overall. There’s not any shade, either. Having a restaurant on site is a great bonus. Condo specific - it took us a long time to get the place to cool down, but once we did, it stayed cool. We were never able to open the lanai doors. It was too humid and buggy (June 11-19). We also couldn’t sit outside most nights because the bugs were so bad. Bug spray did not work to keep them away. The location of the unit is on the outside of the resort, so you’re actually looking at the next door resort. It is quiet and peaceful, mostly. The lanai is beautiful, and you can hear the ocean. But you can’t see it while sitting down. It’s out of the sun all day this time of year (good or bad, depending on what you like). We enjoyed our stay overall, but here’s some info:The unit had a lot of what we needed (3 days worth of coffee, plenty of TP and paper towels, toiletries). I wish there was an umbrella, more cushions on patio chairs, beach toys, more space in the bedrooms (remove the chairs), better lighting in the bathroom, and a not-broken vanity table mirror. The mattress was very uncomfortable in the main bedroom and we had to ask for a topper. We separated the kids king bed for 2 twins and there wasn’t much room to actually separate the beds. Furniture needs updated. Check out requires you to do nothing!! Yay!
