In a small village with its Monday guinguette, its endearing inhabitants, our happy tribe shares a farmhouse. There are the 2 of us, our older children not always present and our 2 dogs / 12 chickens and 2 turtles.
Everyone at home but all together! Only the bourgeois house opposite, it is free and entirely private, waiting for life, aperitifs at the end of the day and children's laughter!
This is how the beauty presents herself:

* First floor
- Kitchen/living/dining room with designer fireplace opening onto a private terrace, in the courtyard under the majestic lime tree.
- WC / washbasin
No bedroom on the first floor

* 1st floor
- bathroom with shower and bathtub
- 1 toilet
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds of 1 m
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160+ baby bed
- Relaxation area games library with lounge

* 2nd floor:
- shower room with toilet
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed 140 + small foam sofa bed for 2 children
- Bedroom 5: 1 double bed 140
- Bedroom 6: 2 single beds of 1 m


-1 heated swimming pool from April to September but not covered (so it's not the Caribbean either in May/June), its deckchairs and small tables / chairs for lunch by the water.
-1 pool house behind large bay windows, with shower room and toilet, a spacious lounge with 12 seats, tables and chairs + barbecue + pizza oven and everything you need to spend the evening sharing your feet in the water.
- Large garden with walnut, fig and other fruit trees, swings/slide
- Outdoor games room with darts, table football and table tennis.

And for the more sporty, tennis court, football field, playground and city stadium 2 minutes away.
The exteriors are SHARED WITH US but no risk of stepping on each other, the whole extends over 4000 m2.

Please note: animals on site, our dogs, our 2 turtles and our 12 chickens are in their private enclosures. Your pets are welcome too.
