PLEASE READ ALL THE DESCRIPTION AND INTERNAL RULES CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY CONFUSIONS WHEN ACCEPTING THE RESERVATION.
You will be charmed by this Villa facing south in the Provençal hinterland in a District Classified by the Buildings of France.
You will enjoy on the ground floor an air-conditioned master suite with a bathroom offering a spa bath, jet shower and WC, a modern kitchen (with separate pantry) open to a large air-conditioned living / dining room with fireplace, exposed beams ( completely renovated in 2022).
2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and solarium.

CLEANING FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF €280 MANDATORY TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (these fees cover the cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as the household linen cleaned at the dry cleaners so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place)

DURING YOUR STAY :

--> Notify us in the event of damage or breakage.

--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbors as well as the noise level in the evening and in the morning.

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE ! Please kindly :

--> Empty all the Bins in the Accommodation before your Departure.

--> To Gather all the Sheets and all the Towels in a Place (by returning them to a normal state of use).

--> To Return Objects and Furniture Displaced During Your Stay to its Place of Origin.

--> To make the dishes clean and to put them away as well as to empty the dishwasher.

--> To clean household appliances (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.).

--> Make the Sanitary Clean.

--> To Throw or Take all Started Food

In the event that the accommodation is left dirty, we will charge you the following rate: €200 on leaving the premises in addition to the compulsory cleaning costs on arrival.
Household linen provided for the duration of your stay (no change during the stay unless booked in advance in addition):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 flat sheet per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat per shower room
- 2 tea towels

If the accommodation is left dirty, we will charge you €280 when leaving the premises.

Parties and parties are prohibited in the accommodation out of respect for the neighbours.

The owners of the accommodation have a workshop in the property, meaning that they may need to access it from time to time, however travelers will always be informed.

Non-smoking accommodation inside but accepted in the garden on condition that you throw away your cigarette butts.

2 bicycles available for the duration of your stay. (1 men's bikes + 1 women's bikes)
