The resort style neighborhood pool features beach style entry, hot tub, tiki bar hut and plenty of seating to dine and watch the pool activities. Stroll to the beautiful white sands of Crystal Beach in 10min (.4mi) or take the seasonal shuttle offered for our guests. Destin Commons is across Hwy 98 with Whole Foods and lots of delicious eating options.

***Please be aware that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are three parking spaces available within the driveway, no parking is allowed on the street. There is an overflow parking lot located on the premises for extra vehicles (first come first served basis). NO golf carts, trailers, RV's, boats, motorcycles etc are allowed within the community. Please be aware and plan accordingly.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

LIVING ROOM/DINNING ROOM/KITCHEN
The living room features a 70in smart 4K TV. Two large comfortable couches. Google Home Smart Speaker, Board games for downtime enjoyment. The kitchen features all appliances, coffee maker, cooking essentials, full dish set and glassware. The dinning room seats a large table that seats eight.

DOWNSTAIRS KING BEDROOM
The large king bedroom features a King size bed, TV, corner seating area and a full private bathroom with tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks.

UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM
This area features a comfortable sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, Smart TV and access to the second floor balcony which has plenty of seating.

QUEEN BEDROOM
Features a queen size bed, TV, access to second floor balcony, dresser with mirror. Access to shared full size bathroom.

KING UPSTAIRS BEDROOM
Features a king size bed, TV, corner seat and a PRIVATE full size bathroom with walk-in shower.

BUNKROOM
Two twin bunkbeds that will sleep a total of 4. Access to shared full size bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS HOME.

The jets in the jacuzzi tub in the downstairs king bathroom are non- functional. Please don’t try to make the jets work. This bathtub serves as a bathtub only.
