Newly remodeled first-floor condo just a super short walk to Upham Beach! Enjoy a private patio, queen bedroom, open living space, and full kitchen. 1 minute walk to the sand, close to tons of entertainment, bars and restaurants. Includes parking for one vehicle and beach gear—towels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy. Easy breezy coastal living.
This first floor condo is offers a fresh new remodel with new furnishings including an open living concept with a Queen size sleeper sofa and smart TV. The bedroom is a Queen Suite with its own TV. A fully appointed kitchen and a full bath. The condo offers lots of space for storage.
The pool is heated year-round and there are many resort amenities including BBQ area, on-site laundry and shuffleboard.
You will find that we have provided you with everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation. The unit is stocked with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and beach buggy to carry all your beach gear. And for superior added value a digital parking pass for 1 (one) passenger vehicle.
**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores:
What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!
A parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay!
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 years of age or older.
- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- No parties or events
- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.

- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
