Recently remodeled and beautifully refreshed, this coastal retreat sits just across from the sand—less than a one-minute walk. Ideally located in vibrant St. Pete Beach, you’ll be steps from restaurants, beach bars and shops. Wi-Fi, parking, and beach essentials included - an unbeatable value!
This remodeled first floor condo is just steps from the beach! You will enjoy the sunny & comfortable space with room to relax or move outside to your private patio. There is a queen size bed as well as a sofa sleeper pullout couch. You are just steps to beautiful Upham Beach and the complex also has a pool for sunning and a cool dip. You are within walking distance to several bars, restaurants and shops. We provide direct paid parking access and high speed wifi connection & laundry onsite.

The queen bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while a queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides extra flexibility for guests. All furniture is brand new, creating a fresh, clean feel throughout. Guests have full access to the private condo and shared amenities including a year-round heated pool, charcoal grills, shuffleboard court, and on-site laundry. Enjoy free parking—a true premium at the beach—plus Wi-Fi and beach essentials for carefree coastal living.
**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!
We value your privacy but are always available when needed. Guests enjoy self check-in and the freedom to settle in at their own pace. Our local team is nearby and happy to help with anything—from restaurant recommendations to beach tips or maintenance needs. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. - Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
