This exceptional accommodation with a surface area of 118m² benefits from a sea view and close proximity to the heart of the city of Saint-Claude, its shops and amenities. Its secluded location in the heart of lush nature guarantees a quiet stay, conducive to green tourism. Numerous hiking trails and freshwater pools are in the almost immediate vicinity of the villa!

You will stay 10 minutes from the Old Lady (the Soufriere volcano) and its sulphurous waters, and also 10 minutes from the leeward coast and its many nautical activities.

The house for 6 people consists of a large living room with its open kitchen, a pantry, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in shower.

Outside, you can share excellent moments of conviviality around a good meal under the covered terrace and enjoy the sea view! A barbecue and its accessories are at your disposal.
For your comfort, garden furniture on the large terrace and sun loungers are at your disposal.
The swimming pool (5.5m in diameter) is accessible below the terrace.

You will have access to the enclosed and wooded garden of more than 1000 square meters. Depending on the season, you can help yourself to bananas, mangoes, avocados and coconuts.

Two additional bedrooms for a total of four people as well as a bathroom are available on the first floor for an additional fee, please do not hesitate to consult us for rates.
