This charming 165 m² house with swimming pool in Magny-en-Vexin can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 5,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
1st floor:
-Bedroom 1: one bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
2nd floor:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A work area
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- In the attic: two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.

- Hiking trails (Chaussée Jules César)
- Aventure Land about 5 minutes' drive away

Outdoor activities :
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to September, measuring 4 x 6 metres.
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Magny-en-Vexin, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Christophe RER,Cergy 22.4 km (about 19 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport 67 km (about 47 minutes away)
