The Golden Grove Getaway / 15 min to downtown Greenville

Our cozy 3-bedroom home on 2 acres of land has been newly renovated with central air, a deluxe kitchen, and two bathrooms. The newly built deck with a propane grill and smoker, a table for four, and a fire pit is perfect for enjoying quality time with loved ones. Located 15 minutes from downtown Greenville on a quiet safe road perfect for families, couples, and business travelers. Our home is stocked with every appliance we hope you can wish for including a toaster, kettle, coffee pot, Keurig coffee, espresso machine, coffee grinder, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ironing board, washer and dryer, and iron. The bathrooms have been hand-crafted and custom-built. There are hardwood floors throughout.
NOTE:
1)The back of the deck is about 9 ft off of the ground. Please watch out for your kids and pets to avoid injuries.
2)There is 1 security camera on the front porch, 1 above the front door, and 1 above the side door. They are always on. There are no security cameras inside the house

Quiet location with country charm

This was our second stay at the property and it did not disappoint. The home is very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. A very quiet, dead end street. Enjoyed coffee on the large back deck.

Very nice stay

The house was very clean and nice like the pics. The house was stocked well with all of the essentials. The beds were really comfortable and the water was nice and hot for showers! My only negative was the lawn wasn’t mowed, but we spent a lot of our time at my daughters house outside, but if a family stayed here and wanted to use the yard this would of been an issue!

Great property!

The location was perfect. The property is 15-20 minutes away from our family in Mauldin and on a dead end country road. The inside was very clean, cozy & well appointed especially in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Clemson weekend

This house is really just what we needed. It was clean, quiet and had plenty of room for us. We really enjoyed the deck, nice to sit out back and have a glass of wine. Definitely recommend staying here.

Home while house hunting

Stayed for 2 weeks while we were house shopping in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the back deck. Very pet friendly. Great communication with the host.

Beautiful house on quiet neighborhood

This house is so beautifully decorated. The hosts had thought of everything and provided for everything we needed, even the towels for our pet. We enjoyed waking up to the birds chirping in the morning. We would definitely be back and book this house if we are coming back to this part of the country.

Great house with plenty of room

We stayed there so we could visit or son for parents weekend at Clemson. It is about a 30 minute drive to Clemson campus but not a bad drive at all. The house way cheaper than any hotel closer to campus and a lot more room inside and outside. Great deck!

Nice clean house with big yard in quiet area

Very nice and clean house with a big yard in a quiet area. I really loved the huge deck that wraps around the outside of the house with outside dinning table, fire pit and grill. The owner was also very accommodating in changing our stay dates when things changed last minute with a work trip to the area. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone!

Beautiful family home

This property was very nice and clean. We were able to hang out with our family in the dining and living room where we can all enjoy some great conversation..and cook yummy food in the new kitchen the deck was gorgeous and overlooked a beautiful yard,where we saw deer and lighting bugs. Definitely recommend this place. Neighbors were very nice. Very pretty home.

Thanksgiving Family Visit

Property was very spacious and clean. Beautiful deck with lighting and gas fire table. Great living room for family games, and huge, very well stocked (every appliance imaginable plus plenty of cookware/bakeware and serving platters) kitchen for all my Thanksgiving cooking and baking! The main bedroom could definitely use a new mattress or tipper, but that’s my only suggestion. Cheers! The McNamaras

Young kid family friendly!

Brought my entire family, dog and all. We stayed about a week and everyone was beyond comfortable. Our stay at this vacation house was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s an older home so some of the doors are a little squeaky which made things a little challenging with a 6 month old but the location was ideal, peaceful yet close to everything in Greenville. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless. There is an information binder all about the area and the home which was very helpful, wish there was a page about how the heaters worked but the host was able to walk me through everything. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area on the deck for morning coffee and evening chats. I’ll probably bring a baby gate next time for the steps but we just moved some chairs in the way to deter my 3 year old. We will be back!

Great house equipped with everything you can imagine!

We chose to stay here during our son’s baseball tournament as it was centrally located to all of the parks. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see how clean and equipped this house was. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay and top of the line appliances including a Barista coffee maker and an air fryer! The beds are comfy and the open living room/dining room combo had a nice cozy feel. There is no cable or satellite so you do have to watch tv/movies by downloading chrome cast which we never did as we brought an HDMI cable and watched Netflix that way. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay just outside of city limits.

Our stay

We enjoyed the stay but have a few items for recommendation. Mention that to watch television you should subscribe to Chromecast. We do not and did not want to for the short stay. The back bathroom had a few bugs that came in and dropped in a bag of our toiletries. But we did not see any elsewhere. Lastly, the location would be more appealing if the lawn had some shrubbery, or maintenance, just suggestions. You do have a nice place and we would recommend to family or friends who want that location. Thank you for your communication and good luck!

Super comfortable gem of a home

We spent a week in this home and loved it. It's on a quiet dead-end road shared with only four other homes. When we first walked inside we were blown away. The owners have made this a beautiful place. We were so comfortable and had everything we needed and more--all of it high quality. We enjoyed the Scrabble game and I was especially appreciative of the workout space replete with yoga mat and 5- and 8-lb weights--just one example of the many considerate touches and provisions throughout the home. Very thoughtful owners!

Feels just like home

After a 14 drive, it was like coming home when we walked through the door! Everything was just as described. It was clean, updated, nicely decorated and had exactly what we needed for our stay. We didn't use the fire pit on the porch or the one in the yard, but so nice to know they were available for our use. The property is on a quiet, safe road and the neighbors are so nice. It's very convenient to I85, making it easy to get to Greenville, Anderson, etc. Geoffrey & Lyuda are great hosts and we will definitely be back to stay here again!

Great place to stay and see Greenville.

The neighborhood is very quiet. A short road to walk dogs. We found dog parks in the area for a good run. The home is decorated very nicely.
