The cottage is located in a farm building owned by an arborist (of which Thierry represents the 3rd generation). It has independent access, parking, and private land. The large 45 m² living room includes a lounge, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. All windows face west, overlooking the setting sun, with no vis-à-vis. Electric heating is included in the rental. Outside, there is a dining area, a bowling green, and children's games. (For companies, the deposit is €800). You will love living in the countryside, overlooking the greenhouses and orchards, with superb views of the surrounding countryside, the village, and the Pilat Natural Park. The environment is ideal for mountain biking, walking, and hiking. Shops in the village are easily accessible on foot, and the village of St-Romain is 10 km from the Lyon/St-Etienne motorway, making it ideally located, whether you're staying for vacation or business. In 2023, the year of the opening, your outdoor space will be shared with the other gîte, with a table, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue for each tenant. You also have access to a large meadow to take full advantage of the south-facing location, with maximum sunshine. The St-Martin la Plaine Zoo is 3 km from the house.
