Very recent and very well equipped cottage that can accommodate up to 6 adults on a surface area of 60m². It consists of 3 bedrooms including a master suite with a 160 cm bed and a shower room with WC, 2 other bedrooms with 80 single beds that can be pushed together, another shower room, a separate toilet, a living room with flat screen, chaise longue sofa and armchair and a very nice fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, espresso machine and coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric juicer, oven and microwave oven, induction hob, ...). Wi-Fi access is included.
The private plot of about 350m² offers you a fenced area, grassed and not overlooked, a large terrace of 40 m² partly sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola with side shutters and facing south and west. You will enjoy quality garden furniture, a set of very comfortable garden sofas, a deckchair and 2 deckchairs to rest as well as a large gas barbecue.
There is a private parking lot on the plot that can accommodate 2 vehicles.
The cottage is located in a private, enclosed and secure domain offering you access to a large covered swimming pool area with outdoor solarium and many deckchairs (a large pool from 1.10 m to 1.80 m deep and a small shallow pool). A children's playground and a petanque court are also at your disposal. The estate is a residential leisure park and the cottages are high-end light leisure dwellings. The estate is not operated as a campsite, each co-owner offers or does not offer his cottage for rent. The aerial photo gives an overview of the estate and the location of the cottage (although since then it is even prettier because all the co-owners have finished their outdoor landscaping).
Brétignolles sur Mer is a seaside resort that delights families with children with beautiful beaches, numerous cycle paths (the main one passes in front of the estate), a famous Sunday market and walks along the corniche but also thrill seekers with its surfing sports. Enjoy its shops and restaurants on the seafront and in the town centre.
Located near a park with a lake for improvised walks, the estate is located 1.5 km from the town centre and 900m from the beach of La Parée.
Nearby during your stay, the towns of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie at 10kms, Les Sables d'Olonne at 20kms and Noirmoutier at 50kms. It will take you 1h15 to reach the Puy du Fou and 50 minutes to the O'Gliss Park water park.

You don't have to do a big cleaning at the end of your stay, it's included in the price. We just ask you to empty the bins, the fridge and the dishwasher.
Linen is included, we provide: one shower towel per person, some dish towels, bed linen (fitted sheet, pillowcase and pillows, duvet cover and duvet, mattress and pillow protectors). You provide pool/beach towels.
Baby equipment can be made available free of charge on prior request (travel cot with fitted sheet, high chair, baby bath). Do not hesitate to ask.
For your pets, please send us a request by message. No animals will be accepted if you have not had our prior agreement.
