Feel at ease in Gentilly Breeze! Our 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is a bright, updated home, and centrally located approximately 5 miles no from the French Quarter/Bourbon Street.

Our home is located in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Gentilly, and is centrally located to some of the most popular destinations in New Orleans, such as the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, the Fairgrounds, City Park, the Superdome, Audubon Park and Zoo, and St. Charles Avenue.


The space
Our home has a front porch and a back deck where you can relax.

Inside Gentilly Breeze, there are high ceilings, beautiful floors, and all the comforts of home, including spacious bedrooms, an attached bathroom in the master bedroom, and a "Jack and Jill" bathroom connecting the second and third bedrooms.

Our home is equipped with WiFi, smart TV’s, a working space, a laundry room, video gaming system, an alarm system, and plenty of space for parking.

This elevated home (12 steps to entry), has been recently remodeled with updated appliances in the kitchen and laundry areas, and updated home decor.

Great family stay

We had our daughter’s graduation at UNO Lakefront Arena. It was convenient & easy drive to the arena. Great local food at Fiorella’s Cafe. 3br 2bth great front & back porches for sitting. Kitchen well stock w all possible needs. Decor was very nice. Hosts very timely responses. Excellent 5 !!!!!’

A great place to land!

Gentilly Breeze was a perfect place to stay. We traveled to NOLA for our annual after Christmas with our now teenage grandchildren. During the day we went to museums and wandered around the French Quarter. When the day was done we had a very comfortable home to go back to. We wouldn’t hesitate to return if we should find ourselves back in NOLA again. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

First time in NOLA

This house was the perfect respite after a long day of sight-seeing and shopping. The house had everything we needed and then some! The only minor ask I would have is a roomier and more comfortable sofa. We loved staying at this property and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

One of the Best

Fabulous house. Very clean. The set up was great for us with bedrooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed city park. We caught the trolley at city park to get to the French quarter. The area is quiet. The owners were responsive.

Happy stay

We love this house! It’s the second time I have rented it. It is far enough away from the Quarter to give you quiet and close enough to enjoy all the activities. The backyard is awesome. The bedroom and bathroom layout is great for a group of girlfriends. The house is always set up nicely with a lovely basket of goodies upon arrival. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. Will definitely rent again.

Nice and Comfy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and felt like home away from home. We really liked that there was gated on-site parking. We enjoyed the complimentary welcome snacks. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There was some road construction going on during our stay (8/16-22/2024), but it did not affect us. We were gone during the days while they were working. The convention that we were attending was located at hotels on Canal Street, and the property was about 10 mins away. The hosts were very responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jacques and Renee for a wonderful stay!

Book this house NOW!!

We came to town for my friends birthday. This house was perfect. It was literally 15 min from everything that we did. It was a skip and a hop from the french quarter and all of the restaraunts we wanted to go to. It was up to date and modern. You can tell the owners really care about the property. There was a security alarm and outside cameras so that made us feel very safe. The beds were comfortable. The linen was nice as well. The neighborhood was super super quiet. We would definitely stay again! Thank you all for the amazing stay!

Excellent House!

I cannot recommend this property enough! This home is top notch with all new furnishings and supplies. Newly remodeled from top to bottom. The home was immaculately clean with excellent attention to detail. The beds were comfortable with an ample supply of various pillows and plentiful and soft towels, ample supply of large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion in every bathroom. Laundry detergent was supplied with softener sheets. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, spices were all available. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some to make excellent meals. Jacques and Renee, even left a complimentary gift basket of goodies and a bottle of wine! They were very responsive at the end when I communicated with them about checking out. We did not need them for anything while we were there as they thought of everything already! The neighborhood was lovely. We rode bikes to the lake every morning and to Jazz fest every day. It is a good location. Wayne Johnson from Nola City Lights rented us lighted bikes, for the duration of our stay. He picked us up from the airport in his van with the bikes, stopped at a grocery store so we could get supplies and delivered us to the house. He picked up the bikes and us at the end of our stay for the ride to the airport. He also acted as our personal Uber during our stay. Between Jacques and Renee and Wayne, our stay in New Orleans was perfect. Thank you! Will definitely stay at this property again.

We love traveling and seeing new destinations. We visit New Orleans often to visit family and friends, eat great food, and to participate in local events and festivals. We recently decided to purchase Gentilly Breeze, our "home away from home", and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
