7th Floor condo in tower 2 with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 8 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The oceanfront master bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

Upon arrival the condo did not have a good smell.. stale and maybe the vacuum used had an odor? Went and bought room spray to help. Guest bathroom sink and shower did not drain well, every shower we had water up over our ankles and felt very gross and unclean. Beds were very uncomfortable. AC will freeze you out in guest bedroom but pretty much didn’t work in master and was very hot. Disappointed in our rental because we got moved to this unit at the last minute less than a week before due to an issue with our first unit. Otherwise the actual condo and amenities were great!!

We were moved 3 days before check in due to there being an issue with our condo. They told us they would upgrade us at no cost for the inconvenience. When we arrive the floors were so dirty within 30 minutes our feet were black and the babies hands/knees were black from the dirt. We had only the trashbags in the can for a 8 day stay as well as 1 roll of tp per bathroom. We had to message management and ask for more, when I told them about the cleanliness, outdated sheets, and minor things in need of attention I got disregarded practically. Im very displeased and will nevee use ESDI again in the future.

It had everything that we needed for cooking,towels in the bathroom and also had toiletries in case you forgot something. We were close to Walmart for groceries and anything else we forgot. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Poor property management

On Monday night we noticed that one of the commode's had water running about every 15 minutes which kept almost everyone up all night. On Tuesday morning i called the number for maintenance and left a message and my phone number nobody got back with me. Tuesday afternoon I called again and spoke with a lady and told her the problems we we're having (commode and one bedroom with no lights) she promised that it get taken care of by Wednesday. Thursday morning I called again because nobody had shown up to fix problems. This time she said she would get in touch with maintenance and let me know when they would be there. I never received a call back from her and maintenance never showed up during our stay. Besides these two issues the ice maker would not shut off and ice overflowed into the bottom of the fridge (which we had to cleanup) commode in other bathroom starting running constantly on Friday night all the way through the day we left. I didn't call maintenance on these issues because I knew they wouldn't show up. Cleaning issues were one of the bathrooms floor was very dirty, coffee grounds left in coffee pot, tiles in second bathroom had mold on them, half eaten food in second bathroom drawers, spare towels and wash cloths stored under sink were soaking wet. All of these issues combined did not make for a nice relaxing vacation especially the commode issues ans one bedroom without any lights. For these reasons I'm requesting at the very least a partial reimbursement.

Spring Break family trip

We were pleased with the condo. It is accurately shown in the pictures and had plenty of room for 6 of us. The view is beautiful and is within walking distance of several restaurants

Superbe vue !

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour de 2 mois dans ce condo. La vue est exceptionnelle et la plage est parfaite pour de longues marches ! La grandeur et l’aménagement est très bien. Les installations communes du Majestic sont bien entretenues (piscines, spas, gym etc).

Nice location but …..

Great location but the place is not what it looks like on pictures. Unit is in fall apart condition. Dirty tiles , spots on ceilings, duck taped cabinets,falling apart baseboards and the list of things just goes on . On second day of our stay we came back to the unit to find a fridge standing in living room. Someone just walk into the unit without notifying us.Management claimed that we notified them that ours is broken which was a lie .Complete lack of communication, security. I would never ever rent this place if I would know what the unit looks like in reality. I can’t believe that Vrbo can’t do more about protecting clients . We did contact them but there was nothing they could do to enforce the refund even when we send them pictures of the property. Too bad I am not allowed to attach pictures.

Wonderful!

It was very beautiful and well kept and really enjoyed all the amenities. Our 2 year old great-grandaughter really enjoyed the indoor heated pool.

Fall Break 2024

Our group included 4 adults and one toddler who slept in a pack n play. This unit was enough space for us to spend a week comfortably. Overall the unit was clean upon arrival but there is noticeable wear and tear in various places. The bed in the second bedroom was listed as a queen but seemed to be a double, which was a disappointment for us. A pack n play fit well in the bunk room which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals for our group. There are no potholders so we had to get creative. The shower pressure is INCREDIBLY high, so be prepared for a thorough wash. :) There were plenty of towels for us to use but they are very, very small. That may be why it was suggested to bring our own towels. The Majestic is a nice, clean resort. We never used the H2O bar/grill, but it was easy to access on the pool deck. If you are into the pools, they are mostly shaded and pretty cold. Our toddler enjoyed splashing around the baby pool, but it was a little disappointing that the mushroom sprayer was in the 3ft section of a pool. The indoor pool was warm and we enjoyed an afternoon there one day. The elevators are very quick, the parking garage is easy to navigate, and the luggage cart checkout system was very helpful. The Sunrise Cafe is an easy walk from the resort and has yummy coffee. There are also several shops and fast food within walking distance which was nice when we didn’t feel like getting the car out.

Hurricane

First off the place is beautiful and condo is super nice. Only suggestion is add a Keurig. Staff was super nice when you could find a staff member. While we were in day 3 of our stay, hurricane Helene was approaching. There was some uncertainty on if we should stay, but they were not calling for evacuation and from our understanding evacuation was the only way you would get a refund.. we decided to stay because it was reported that it would only be tropical storm weather, and find out that was true. However, even with tropical storm weather people do not show up to work, and amenities offered with this resort were closed such a Starbucks the restaurant the most of the pools.. you could not get in the ocean due to the choppy water, restaurant in Stores were also closed so basically there was nothing to do, but hang out in the condo and sit on the balcony. I think it’s very important that owners of these condos that rent them out for people who are coming there for vacation that want to enjoy everything that comes with a vacation at the beach an option should be made to the renters a credit towards another time or a refund for days loss because of a storm .

Beach 2024

The room was perfect! Had everything we needed! The master Bathroom is perfect and water pressure was hard and we had hot water with every single shower and there was 5 of us! This was our first time staying here. I will say for parking it is $40 per car and you need to register your car before entering! As far as the room ! Hands down the best unit we have stayed in. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and set ! Dolphins were very active and jumping out of water and you could enjoy from the comfort of the balcony! It is located right in the middle of a busy section of PCB so during crowded months I wouldn’t want to stay at this location for just my husband and I however with adult children and little kids this is perfect the pools are amazing and they have a pool bar on tower 1 side! Everything is located in tower 1 so you will have to walk from tower 2 to enjoy the outdoor pools and bar!

Review

This property was absolutely perfect. We had more that enough room for 3 adults and 2 children. Very clean and organized. We had everything we needed except our groceries. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of linen, extra pillows, kitchen appliances and so much more. We found a couple of beach chairs in the closet a previous guest must have left, so we left a few beach toys for the next person :) I do not have the slightest complaint. We will definately be returning next year! I am so thankful for the experience and the family memories this resort helped provide us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. PCB did not disappoint

Majestic Sun was a great ocean front condo good location in PCB. Several pools to choose for age.easy check in/out. parking garage access ✔️ we will be a return visitor.

Great time

We loved our stay here. Our condo was large enough to accommodate our group of 7. The Starbucks on site was an added bonus! The master bedroom was huge and the bed slept great! The elevators were fast! The only negative thing I can say is the kitchen could have used a few more utensils and containers for food storage.

Great Condo!

Great size condo with large balcony. Clean with some starter soap and tp provided. Property management was very helpful when we had questions. We had a small issue with the fridge not cooling well. We called the property management about it, and a few hours later it was fixed! Fast response time was appreciated to keep our food and drinks cold. We would definitely stay here again!
