Hello everyone, <br><br>We offer you a 45m² apartment, for 6 people, located in the town of Cervières, a small quiet village, ideal for nature lovers, 10km from Briançon where you will find all amenities, 15min drive from the train station. <br>The apartment is located on the main axis, not far from the charming church of St. Francis of Assisi.<br><br>In winter, you can enjoy the Nordic skiing slopes (42 km of slopes), sledging and hiking or snowshoeing. An equipment rental shop is located next to the apartment.<br>In summer, a lot of hiking, bike rides at the foot of the Col de l'Izoard and at the bottom of cervieres 10-15min away.<br>Lakes, forts, waterfalls and passes are to be discovered.<br><br>You will also find the Maillet breeding farm (at Laus 5 min by car), meats, pâtés, sausages, eggs, garden vegetables (organic), but also organic cosmetic products made from goat's milk and cushions made from sheep's wool.
