About this space A modern style and freshly renovated large beachfront studio apartment with 180 degree ocean views of the crystal clear water. The apartment features a queen size bed with cozy beachfront energy. There is free WiFi supplied along with a 55-inch LED TV equipped with Netflix and local channels. While we have always held the highest standards of cleanliness, we have now taken it to another level by investing in an Electric ULV Fogger to be used between each guest.

Cozy Place with an Amazing View!

I made a solo trip to PR and this place was a top choice.Not only were the hosts so responsive, they were flexible with my earlier check in time.The balcony to the ocean view is the real deal!Definitely stay here if you want a home away from home.Will book with them again!

Amazing

This was an amazing place for my family and I. The location was awesome, the condo was very nice and clean 10/10 recommend. The view was amazing and we plan staying there again!

Gorgeous apt., gorgeous view!

I have never stayed anywhere else with this great of a view! The apartment was in a great location walking distance to many restaurants and a short Uber ride to Old San Juan. We will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful PR vacation

Excellent accommodations with beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying at this condo. Very safe and clean! Nicely equipped with everything you need to head to the beach as soon as you arrive. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

Family vacation

We had a great time, the room was exactly as the pictures. Great room with a great view. Mrs. Ramirez was a great host, always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would highly suggest staying here! If we come back to Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

Juan and Iesha has such a wonderful place. The moment you walk in to the condo you’re hit with a view of paradise. The place was very clean, the views was great, the feel was comforting. I would love to stay at Juan and Iesha’s place again and will definitely recommend it to other. Thanks for an amazing stay in the lovely Puerto Rico!

Must Stay-Beautiful

The place was just as described in the listing. Juan & Iesha (the hosts) were always prompt on responding when I had questions or just commenting. Check-in was super easy. It was very clean and inviting. The bed was super comfy as well. The view of the ocean was awesome, we couldn’t get enough and wanted to stay longer. We have already talked about planning a stay for longer in the future. This is an awesome place to stay for sure.

Amazing location and apartment!

The apartment was exactly as listed, it was very clean and the location was amazing. The hosts were in touch immediately to be sure everything was perfect. They went the extra mile with a few nice amenities, chips, water, toothpaste, etc.. So nice! Also the tennis courts, workout room and the pool are a huge plus to this property. We will be back!

Nice and comfortable

The view is amazing and location is good. The owners were nice to allow us late checkout due to having a late flight returning home. Only thing I suggest they stock more towels and wash clothes in bathroom but it was very clean and nice. Located right by grocery store we left lots of food in fridge but it was mostly drinks

Wow!!!

Both their place and the hosts were amazing. We had numerous communications with the hosts who made sure everything went smoothly - before, during and even after our stay. The hosts graciously accommodated a number of our extra requests, including our request to delay our start by one day (due to nobody's fault), and even refunded us the day. Their place is as nice as you see in the pictures & description. Excellent view, terrace, location - this is the place to stay. One small thing to note, the unit is nicer than the building it's in, though the building itself is comparable to the others you can vrbo. We look forward to our next time there!

The property was well kept and beautiful! One of the access gates to the beach wasn't working, but there was another access point a few meters up the beach, and you can also walk through the street access to get to the front so it didn't bother us! We loved our stay and were so appreciative of our host and the opportunity to stay beachside during our time in San Juan.

Wedding Anniversary Stay

Booking our Vrbo was a piece of cake! We just went to the Vrbo website, searched for a place to stay, and picked the one we liked. It was like shopping for a vacation home online to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. The best part was that the host, the Ramirez family, was super friendly and replied to our messages really quickly. They answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable about our stay. It was awesome to have someone so helpful! I highly recommend this place to stay!

Best view

This property was everything it promised. I never imagined being able to see the ocean while taking a shower. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway this is the place. The only two very small things were I think they should provide an extra towels and washcloths if you’re staying more than two days since there is no laundry and maybe an extra beach chair.

Great Spot - wish we were still there!

A lovely apartment located with a breathtaking balcony view of the Atlantic Ocean on Condado beach. We loved to cook breakfast on the stove, enjoy it with some coffee on the balcony, hit the beach / pool, then return for some wine in the evening on the balcony. Sleeping with the doors open allows you to enjoy the relaxing lull of the waves against the shore. The location is great with tons of restaurants and a quick walk to the supermarket (there's also a market in the building, but I'd recommend the SuperMax by Diego, just a short walk away). The apartment was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute apartment, great location

Check in was easy, rental was cozy and clean, with thoughtful touches like shave/toothbrush kits, beers and water in the fridge. AC works great, however the exhaust on the balcony while it’s on is oppressive. That’s the only negative I can think of. Can’t beat the view. Nothing between you and the ocean but a nice pool. Easy process, nice property owners. Would rent again.

Location is perfect

We wanted “on the beach”, a pool and convenience and Juan delivered. The building is not fancy but the security was nice and friendly. The lifeguards at the pool are on top of pool maintenance. We had an issue with the AC but Juan responded immediately and offered us a disc in response. The location is close to EVERYTHING. We walked most places day and night without any problems or concerns.

Absolute Paradise

What an absolute treasure this place is. The views are absolutely breathtaking, with the ocean waves to put you right to sleep after a night out! This condo is everything you could ever need and in a location close to everywhere you want to go! The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, the perfect place for a girls trip! They also had everything and anything you needed for the pool and the beach including beach chairs, pool noodles, and boogie boards! The owners Juan and Iesha were absolutely awesome, always available by text if you had any questions! It's such a beautiful home away from home. I would 100% recommend Juan & Iesha's oceanfront condo for your San Juan vacation!!!!

Ocean Breezes w/ Stunning Ocean Views

Juan & Iesha were super accommodation to our early arrival (3:30am) and when I opened the door to the studio it was stunning. The view of the ocean and the sea breezes are amazing! The building is super secure with 24/7 security and there is laundry, pool, tennis courts, ping pong room and best of all direct access to the beach. It is centrally located, about 10 mins from the airport and you don't need a car as you can walk everywhere. The place was super clean and had an abundant supply of amenities. There is a full kitchen with all necessities including spices. You will sleep like a baby to the sounds of the waves crashing. I can't say enough about this place and would definitely stay here again!

Stench

Apartment building is extremely dated. Room was clean, however, the whole floor smelled like something died. Apartment is located about 15 feet away from the trash area. AC went out around 8pm, we were there during a heat wave in PR and the temperature in the room was 86 degrees at night with windows open. Owner showed no concern whatsoever for getting it fixed. Terrible smell from the hallways leaking inside room, we ended up leaving at 3am due to respiratory illness from heat and terrible smell.

Hello, Based on your review im sorry that you and all of your unregistered guests had a bad experience. You let us know at 8pm that you discovered a A/C error. I had a electrician there at 10am the next day, but you already had to decided to check out. Electrician found it to be a user error and nothing was to be fixed. We were in constant communication with you from start to finish, hence the text messages I can provide. As for the smell, we had called security to walk the hallways and no scent was discovered. People still reading please know I care for my guests and go above and beyond to make the trip feel amazing, base me off my other reviews.

Highly recommend

We had an awesome time at this rental and highly recommend this unit. This was our first time using VRBO and we were a little anxious about the process, but from the very start the landlords were very receptive to answering questions and staying in contact. If questions come up, do not hesitate sending them a message because they're very helpful! They made the process very easy and truly have a sense of service to the renter. The unit is newly renovated, clean and beautiful. It's on a high floor with a great view (don't worry there are 3 elevators that never had a terribly long wait and were fast). We stayed for a couple weeks and were plenty comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessary items to cook meals. Enjoying meals on the porch looking at the ocean was better than any view we found out in restaurants. The porch has great views of sunrise and sunset. The globe chair was very comfortable to read and relax. The futon was comfortable if you set up the pillows around to relax on. We were worried it would be too hot in the apartment because we tend to keep our house cold (mid to high 60's), but the air conditioner and 2 ceiling fans were more than enough to keep us comfortable. The available beach chairs were quality chairs and a great touch so we could stay out on the beach for hours at a time and be comfortable. The beach never got too busy and was a wonderful place to relax and take walks. The water had some waves a short way down the beach where people were surfing but was calmer right outside the complex that made for nice swimming. The property's pool was nice and had plenty of comfortable chairs under the shade to relax. The 24 hour security with locked gate made us feel safe enough. The immediate area felt safe during the day, and we didn't sense any problem walking around to the many restaurants in the area. Using Uber was very easy to get to places. We mostly stayed in at night because we're not night owls, and the TV (which is great quality and has a sound bar!) swivels so you can see it from the bed or couch. It was nice to watch some movies before bed. The wifi was strong and had no issues. The laundry room was never full when we needed it. We met some nice people while staying there (other renters as well as regular tenants), and like everything else if you are respectful while staying there you shouldn't have any issues.

Perfect Ocean-front location

For just 2 people looking to explore the Condado area and have a nice place to come back to every night to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, I’m not sure you can get any better than this.
