Come enjoy the country life on Dewberry Hill! Located in Millican, TX this 3 bed/3 bath private guest wing has a living room with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. You will have your own private entrance so you may come and go as you please. Enjoy walking around the pond, gardens, and dewberry vines. Relax on the back porch in a hammock next to the firepit watching the sunset. Watch TV in the living room, prepare meals in the full size kitchen. Lots of family fun games in the pantry.

Only a 22 minute drive from TAMU and Kyle Field.

Two night minimum stay Thursday thru Sunday.

Owners live on site, so we will be readily available if a need arises.

We had a wonderful stay in College Station! The location was perfect for visiting Santa’s Wonderland, which made our trip even better. Linda was incredibly accommodating and even offered us extra aloe vera plants she had on hand—such a sweet touch. The house was clean, comfortable, and we loved having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We will definitely be back!

Linda, as a host, was the best. Came by after we got there to see if everything was ok. She helped us get the tv going. The property was even better than we expected especially with the extras that were not expected! It was clean, pretty and just what we needed to enjoy some family time. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the front porch of the beautiful property and rocking the morning away. It also was not far from Texas A&M and sure was nice not having to deal with game day traffic! Thank you Linda and family for making our stay so enjoyable!

Perfect Retreat

This is an amazing property run by amazing hosts! We stayed for our son's college, graduation and thoroughly enjoyed the retreat and quiet space to unwind and celebrate. The house and grounds are spotless and beautiful. This was our 2nd time to stay here and we'd definitely come back!! This

Beautiful property

We stayed here for a local event and it was perfect. Very clean and communication from the owner was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

So pleasant considering the circumstances we were dealing with during those days. A funeral. We were treated with a nice bowl of berries. Wonderful that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Thanks very much.

A place for Aggie football

Had a wonderful time!! Beautiful and well kept home. Beds were extremely comfortable!! Loved the backyard and the view of the pond. Very nice and relaxing Owners were very sweet and helpful with any of our need. Would definitely recommend and stay again!! Lots of good restaurants in Navasota!!

Wonderful Getaway!

This property was a wonderful retreat for our family while we were visiting our college son. Beautiful location, clean, peaceful. The owners were welcoming and available if we needed anything. They thought of everything! We definitely will be returning!

Quiet Clean and Convenient

My wife and another couple had a very nice 2 night stay at this property. It is very clean and easy to get to and from College Station within 20 mins. Plenty of space and a great front porch for sunsets and nighttime stargazing. We will be staying here again.

Quality Quiet Getaway 20 minutes from College Station

Super nice hosts, with an amazing home to share. Everything was as described in a quiet place outside of town. No traffic and easy to relax. It's a few minutes from anywhere, but for us the trade off was more than worth it. Would absolutely re-book this property.

Amazing house in the country!

We absolutely loved staying in this house with our adult children and grand babies. Everything was so clean and the beds were all very comfortable. We enjoyed walking around outside and viewing the herb and flower gardens. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you so much for all you did to make our stay so nice.

Texas Hospitality Close to A&M

This is a definite 5+ star rental. Linda was a phenomenal hostess, greeting us shortly after arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to all requests. The rental, though attached to their home is quiet and private with separate parking and entrance. It is a quick drive from College Station to the property, and we had no issue getting caught in traffic on a game weekend. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome Property!

What a beautiful place! The VRBO was so clean and quiet with all the necessities of home. I had a difficult time getting out of the comfy bed! It's a lovely property close enough yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of College Station. Linda was fabulous with communication and making sure we were comfortable. I just wish we could have stayed longer! We'll definitely be back!

Cute country home with beautiful outdoor sosces

Could not have been more perfect!! The house is soo clean and has a great lay out with a bathroom for each bedroom. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning and took in the view. The kitchen is well stocked and even had coffee and creamer waiting for us. The hosts Linda and Todd are incredibly gracious and accommodating. The drive to College Station was a breeze!! Great Ring Dunk weekend Whoop!!

Dewberry Hill Guesthouse

Dewberry Hill guesthouse was a great place to stay. The owners are very gracious and helpful. They have a beautiful and serene place to stay. Mornings on the porch listening to the birds was most enjoyable. The house is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths we had all the room we needed for everyone. We prearranged to have a small party for our college graduate and the owners were very accommodating. All in all, we had a wonderful and fun stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Todd and Linda for a great stay.

What a weekend!

Oh, my! Where to begin! Two married couples looking for a quiet getaway from the stresses of everyday life, and Dewberry Hill had everything we were looking for! The quiet, serene location made it easy to leave all our cares behind. This lovely home was very clean and cozy with all the amenities needed to settle into a comfortable stay. The beds were restful, the showers were great, the linens and towels were fresh, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware and the Keurig had all the coffees you could drink! Linda and Todd (the owners) were on site and available to help with anything we needed. We were very pleased to have met them and grateful for their friendliness and genuine hospitality. The weekend weather was a mix of sunshine, rain and cold and blustery winds, but the sunsets were amazing each night...you don't want to miss those beauties! Dewberry Hill is located just a short drive away from College Station, where you can visit to do your shopping, or catch a bite to eat if you're not making use of the grilling station. The firepit was also a huge hit in the evenings, as we sat around it, waiting for the sun to set. All in all, this was just what we were hoping for...peaceful, quiet, lazy mornings and long, relaxed and restful nights. We definitely recommend this home and we hope to be able to visit again soon!
