Your rental in this delightful neighborhood allows an easy stroll to the park and Acadia Foods for your morning coffee or breakfast, and/or a quick hop down the street to award winning Bobby Boy bakery in Salem Bottleworks, Lesser Known Brewery, and East of Texas barbecue. With high ceilings, attractive fireplaces, remote control fans, wood floors, gorgeous artwork, comfortable, new furnishings, and super-fast wifi, you will feel completely at home, and your dog will appreciate the extensive fully fenced yard while you sun yourself on the pretty back patio or enjoy a cool evening breeze on the spacious front porch.

Lockbox allows for flexible, no contact, check in.
Up to two small dogs (under 20lbs) permitted with prior approval and payment of $50 + tax pet fee. Please see rental agreement for pet conditions.

This was a great stay! House had everything we needed- pet friendly, great quiet neighborhood for walks, desk for a little work and just generally well thought out vacation rental. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place to stay! We stayed here with our small dog while we were between houses and it was perfect! The host is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Wonderful

Patricia’s home was more than we expected. She thought of everything, down to providing a detailed information guide on Winston-Salem and having a few staples in the refrigerator when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, extra bedding, sheets and towels are provided. The neighborhood was quiet and we even met a few friendly neighbors while out with our pup. It’s was a great five day stay! We would stay here again!

Visited Family in Washington Park

My 2 Adult brothers and I visited my 90 year old dad and his wife who have lived in Washington Park for a long time. His health issues prevented us from our original planned vacation with him at his beach house in Emerald Isle so we booked the Cottage at 30 Vintage for a week just 4 days prior to our arrival. We couldn’t have been more happy with the accommodations. Super clean. Linens and pillows fresh and beds excellent. The host even had some breakfast items in the fridge. The shower and bathroom were clean and tidy. Air conditioning never waivered while visiting for a week. We barbecued several nights. Front porch great for coffee in morning and back yard spacious and green. If visiting in the future we will definitely stay here again. Thanks Patricia.

10 Day Business Stay

This place had everything we could’ve asked for to feel completely comfortable! This neighborhood seriously exceeded our expectations as well, so cute. Communication with host was easy and informative. Would definitely stay here again!

A Well Appointed House

Nestled in Washington Park, this updated house was perfect for my stay in Winston-Salem. There is no detail that the owner has not accounted for. She was also very quick to respond. For me, the location was perfect being next door to UNCSA and a short walk to Old Salem and Salem College.

An amazing property and host!

We had a lovely stay over Christmas in this home. The home was beautiful and well appointed. It featured comfortable beds, warm bedding and a lovely bathroom. The dining room table was ample and the kitchen was well stocked. Patricia provided essentials for our arrival . A detailed guide was provided regarding the neighborhood as well as dining. We had an excellent experience in Patricia’s home.

Home Away From Home

This quaint house on Vintage Avenue was perfect. The owner had thought of every detail you can imagine. When we added my son to our reservation at the last minute, she delivered a brand new blow up mattress to accommodate us. We had everything we needed and more. The property was very clean, inviting, and quiet. It felt like a hime away from home.

Perfect for us

This house suited our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean and fresh and new. The location was a few minutes from downtown and easy to get most anywhere. The neighborhood was quite. the AC was great. Each room had a ceiling fan which was also great. I would stay here again.

True gem

This house was just perfect- very clean- tastefully decorated- comfortable beds- loved the bathroom- especially the vanity- kitchen was well stocked- fenced in yard was perfect for my two small dogs- quite neighborhood- my car was packed full- no one bothered it-very thoughtful host-a lot of little things made it feel very special- thank you

Great stay!

Patricia's place is perfect, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We have now had the pleasure of staying at two of Patricia's properties and can say nothing but good things. She even accommodated our last minute trip. Attention to detail throughout the home reflects the host's aim to make one's visit a positive experience. Quiet street, large yard, great kitchen & bath, comfortable beds, and very clean. Convenient to anywhere in the Winston-Salem area. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We so enjoyed our stay at Patricia.‘s house she was a wonderful hostess everything was very clean and she had thought of anything you could possibly need even including extras such as eggs coffee snacks drinks. It was the most well-stocked house we’ve stayed in as a rental. Very cozy and comfortable with a large fenced in backyard for our dogs which was an extra plus! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to visit Winston-Salem! In a rush to check out on time I left some toiletry items and she called me immediately and I was able to get them back really appreciated that as well 👍

Great little house!

This cute home was perfect for our extended stay in Winston Salem. The backyard was a wonderful place for our dog to run and explore while we sat on the patio. Patricia is a wonderful host and very accommodating! I highly recommend this property!

Patricia was a wonderful host/owner for this property the property was clean and very well equipped right down to the food that was put in the refrigerator for us by Patricia so we didn't have to rush out for breakfast (nice touch) the property was very well stocked with everything you could have needed it was like being in your own home. Patricia has and will go the extra length to make sure that your stay at her properties are comfortable. I would definitely stay at her properties again Thanks Patricia our stay in Winston Salem was a Great Experience

Stylish, and cozy little cottage..

This is a cozy little cottage with a view of UNCSA. It is the perfect place for us to stay while dropping our daughter off at college. The front porch was a lovely place to sit and watch the rain and all the furnishing and art were very hip and stylish..

I am originally from the UK, but have now made Winston-Salem my home where I find all the things I most enjoy: history in Old Salem (which reminds me of an English country village), the arts - great theaters, galleries, UNCSA and Reynolda House; excellent restaurants, bakeries, and breweries catering for all tastes; wonderful trees and flowers and scenic countryside; super friendly people; trips to wineries, state parks, and easy road trips further afield to the coast or other cities and states. I hope you will enjoy staying in my beautiful house ... I have tried to think of all that I would like to find in a vacation rental. I live in West Salem and thoroughly enjoy the area, walking my dogs in Old Salem and Washington Park, making my way downtown on the lovely, shady Strollway, enjoying the arts at UNCSA, and visiting all the nearby coffee shops and restaurants.

This sweet home was crying out for some love and attention, and I had a vision that it would make a really great short term rental home from home. It has fulfilled my hopes and aspirations, and I am delighted to see it filled with happy guests, and experience the newly landscaped yard burgeoning with new growth.

On a good day, this home is filled with sunlight, and even on a dull day it is bright and charming. Its location just up the street from Washington Park means there is never a lack of beautiful walks from this house, and having a glass of wine on the sweet elevated porch ensures a very pleasant start to the evening.
