Step Falls Preserve, Mount Will recreation area, Grafton Notch State Park, Sunday River Ski resort Mount Abram ski area and the Appalachian trail are all close by. The condo has a beautiful deck which faces East and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning breakfast or beverage. The bathroom and entry foyer feature heated floors. The bedroom has a queen size bed.

Escape to The Newry Nest, a newly-constructed, 1 bedroom condo located in rustic Newry, Maine. Surrounded by mountainous woodland, this darling condo has everything you need to make your stay a delightful one. The living room has a leather couch and chair to relax on while you luxuriate by the electric fireplace which is sure to add to your ambience and comfort. There is a 50” TV, and games and jigsaw puzzles to help you pass the time in the evenings. Your modern kitchen is replete with a gas stove, pots, pans, steamer, coffee pot, toaster, basic spices, dishes and silverware. There is a private east-facing deck where you can greet the sun and start your day. Enjoy your morning coffee, which is provided by your host, Kevin. End your day with a hot cup of cocoa or a beverage of your choice. Watch the wood line for deer that just might come for a visit!

Now, for the really good stuff! We hope you brought your skis because Sunday River Ski Resort is less than 10 miles away. Also nearby is Mount Will Recreation Area, Grafton Notch State Park, the Appalachian Trail, and the Androscoggin River for your excursions. Like to cross-country ski, snowshoe or take a leisurely stroll? There are many trails to do just that within walking distance. Want to fish? Got you covered there, too...brooks and streams are less than a mile away.

If you tire of these activities, exhilarate your senses with a snow mobile excursion on ITS 82 (Maine snow trail), which you will have direct access to from the property. You will have access to the entire condo and the second floor deck which overlooks the east side of Puzzle mountain.

There is currently no resturant food delivery to the Newry Nest. I would suggest if you’re arriving late and looking to get takeout that you check local restaurants in Bethel on your way in and get it to go. For your security and and ours a security camera is being installed facing the parking area. It should be up by 15 February 2024
