Your Quiet Arts + Crafts Retreat in Historic Westerwood

Unwind in this private, thoughtfully designed guest suite located in Westerwood, one of Greensboro’s most charming and walkable neighborhoods. Perfect for couples, business travelers, and event guests, this space offers the calm of a residential setting with quick access to downtown, UNCG, A&T, Tanger Center, and Greensboro Coliseum, as well as restaurants, bars, museums, and shopping.

This two-level 1,000 sq. ft. guest suite is designed for a quiet, peaceful and restful stay:

- Private keypad entrance for easy, contactless access

- Extremely comfortable memory foam queen bed

PLEASE NOTE: the bedroom is on the second level of the space

- Dining area with table and 4 chairs for eating or working, as well as a sitting area with HD TV, loveseat, and armchair perfect for reading or studying

- Fast Wi-Fi (300Mbps+) for remote work or business travel

- Modern bathroom with fresh towels and essentials

- Kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer + dishes, silverware, and glassware

- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks

PLEASE NOTE: There is also a microwave located on the downstairs level, but there is no stove in the space or separate sink in the kitchenette.

In town for 6 days, the space was beautifully decorated and clean. We loved how close we were to downtown, most places we needed to go were within walking distance. The host was kind and communicative and very accommodating!

I had a lovely two night stay in Greensboro in this super cute, spacious, quiet and well located spot! Beautiful wood floors. Lovely bathroom with an awesome shower. Parking for days with a walkable park nearby, a super cool coffee shop just a 5 minute walk away and lovely restaurants a 15-minute walk in the other direction. Hosts sent all the information that I needed and made everything as smooth as possible. I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area!

Weekend getaway

We loved our stay here. We needed somewhere to stay while we attended a wedding and this vrbo did not disappoint. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We would stay here again.

I always worry about not having privacy during my stays in occupied houses, but this guest suite may as well have been a separate building. The neighborhood is quiet, the rooms were clean, and the host provided a bunch of little extras to make the space feel hospitable. We walked to the Borough coffee each morning and just a little bit farther downtown for dinner. Would stay again.

Overall really good. However didnt really understand the set up. Only water (i.e. sink) was the bathroom downstairs. Bedroom upstairs. Up 16 steps on hardwood, no bathroom upstairs. Downstairs sparsely furnished. Good place, but could be great. Just a little inconvenient. Great neighborhood and location.

Perfect getaway

Everything we needed

We stayed here for two nights while attending a concert at the coliseum. The locations is really great and all of the details have been covered in this inviting space.

Charming guest house in quaint neighborhood

This guest house is in the charming Westerwood neighborhood. My husband and I stayed there for a week to attend High Point Market. The house was very comfortable and convenient to restaurants, shopping and High Point. I would definitely recommend this property and the neighborhood.

I'm also a fantasy and sci-fi fiction writer and will happily nerd out about books, movies, podcasts and more focused on these genres.
