The apartment was in perfect walking distance to all the shopping and local restaurants in the neighborhood. It was clean and well decorated. The host was very friendly and communicated superbly! We had all the info and she was quick to answer questions. We stayed here with our two kids and would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We experienced an easy check in. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. We loved the coffee shop below as well as taco restaurant. The neighborhood is nice and we were able to walk to the grocery store but is only a few minute drive as well. We never had an issue parking at night but during the day the lot out back can get full which the host told us could happen. Only a short drive to downtown. Uber rides were very easy to grab as well. The host did tell us about the cycle studio below. If you like to sleep in I would sleep in the upstairs bedroom as it is loud however classes were over by mid morning. Overall it was a great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for, a place to call home, away from home.

They were very transparent about the noise situation, but honestly it's not even bad. You cam definitely tune it out. And it wasn't every day, only some. We could not of been happier with our stay! EVERYTHING WAS NEAR BY, it felt super safe, there aren't enough great things to say. The property managers were SUPER AMAZING, anything we needed, they were available to help. So so happy, would absolutely be back!

First floor bathroom tub/shower draining very slow, possibly clogged. Toilet seats loose.

Very nice

The condo was very nice and exactly how it was described. We think it it a great option IF you don’t mind lugging your luggage up the stairs or climbing another set of steps to the top bedroom. In addition, you do have to put up with music in the mornings coming from the downstairs spin cycle place. Also it was sparsely stocked in the kitchen. That could be improved upon.

Great place in a great location

This place was perfect for our needs. Clean, well-appointed, comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice for walking, shopping and dining, and it was a short trip into downtown Nashville.

Location Location Location

Great location, just a quick Uber ride to any bar or restaurant! The spin classes next door every morning weren’t the best, especially when you wanted to sleep a few more minutes! BUT, not a deal breaker! We really enjoyed our stay!

12 south gem

This property is ideally situated in 12 south. We love the location, being able to walk for coffee and meals. We also enjoyed just heading out the door for a walk. So many lovely options to start my day. The management team was easy to work with. They helped accommodate my need for an early check in. My only comment is that this unit has a sofa sleeper. The lights on the upper deck stay on all night for security which really illuminates the living space where the sofa sleeper is, making it hard for someone to sleep on that sofa.

Girls trip!

We had such a great time ! The property was clean and perfect location for quick Uber’s anywhere and walking to great shops and restaurants on 12 south. Away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway .
