Different members of my family stayed with me and we were all super impressed with the home and all the amenities. All the people who work there were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fabulous, the barista's were so friendly as was the bartender. Food was also good. None of my family members nor myself had any complaints whatsoever.

Great property! The house was beautiful and spacious, the resort had great amenities and the host responded quickly if we needed anything. Planning on staying here again next year for our trip to Disney.

Excellent

Our stay was enjoyable, even though there was a significant challenge -We had a recurring issue with the HVAC due to a cold snap that sent temps down into the 20s!!! However, the effort that the hosts and staff displayed during this crisis ensured that the matter was addressed as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The entire responsiveness was next level. If feeling welcomed and appreciated as a guest is a priority for your trip planning. I highly recommend this property to be on top of your list of options.

I really liked it, it is very clean and neat, there are all the conditions, especially in the kitchen there are all the necessary equipment, I felt comfortable, everything is at the highest level, I recommend it to everyone! I will come back to you!

Great

Overall, the stay was decent, but there were a few minor issues worth noting for future guests and the host to address. The biggest inconvenience was the thermostat the AC could not be set lower than 72°F. Even at that setting, it was still uncomfortable and didn't cool the space as expected, especially at night. The door locks show noticeable wear and tear. They locked , but they could use maintenance or replacement for better reliability and ease of use. There were also ants in the downstairs bathroom during our stay. It wasn't overwhelming, but it's something that should be addressed. We did not reach out about these concerns to the host during our stay since most of our time was spent at the parks and we weren't at the property most of the day. That said, a few maintenance updates and pest control would make a noticeable difference for future guests.

Comfortable condo close to Disney

It was close to Disney parks and the resort amenities are nice. Missing some small conveniences that would be great to have like hand soap and some dish soap.

Christmas Vacation

Everything worked out perfect for our vacation. The few minor issues we had: not enough towels, no wash cloths, no pot holders in kitchen, slow with trash pickup and the pool never heated throughout our stay so we were unable to enjoy the pool. Other than that the house was nice and clean, the kitchen was great and we cooked a full dinner. Overall this was a great stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

Beautiful and cozy

Beautiful villa! Very clean and near all parks and supermarkets which was a plus! Host was great and responded to everything I ask. Will return for sure! Loved the pool which was a big plus for my kids. Thank you very much magnolia villas! Keep up the good work.

Florida getaway

Overall experience was fair. The carpet was dirty and mold like smell all over the unit. There was water leak from under the sink and refrigerator that someone needed to come out to check on it. The entrance was slow to get thru as one of the two gates were broken and the attendant was very slow on letting cars thru. Probably will not come back to this location.
