If you are looking to relax and recharge, this 160 m² house in the Sables d'Olonne has everything you need. Behind its small façade, it hides an oasis, where you can fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Its outdoor space makes this house a little corner of paradise. Imagine yourself starting your days on the terrace accompanied by a good coffee and a fresh croissant, then relaxing in the sun before diving into the heated swimming pool (open from 20 May to 15 September).

In the evening you can also get together to prepare and enjoy good grilled food at the barbecue.



The interior of the house is a bubble of serenity, you will be able to cook and savour your meals whilst enjoying the view of the garden, moreover the kitchen is very well equipped so that you can prepare your dishes with ease (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle).

As for the dining room, you will enjoy sharing good meals and moments of conviviality there, it opens onto the large living room where you will be able to gather to chat or read.



In the evening, you will be able to go and rest in one of the 5 bedrooms of the house, the first has a Queen Size bed (160x200) where you will want to linger to enjoy its view of the swimming pool, two other bedrooms with double beds (140x190) are available and will provide you with all the comfort necessary for a good night's sleep and finally you will find two bedrooms with single beds (90x190), the first can accommodate two people or two children and the last has a bed.



To make your stay even more pleasant, the house has a covered parking space, a shower room, a bathroom, two toilets, an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine.
