Our stay was PERFECT!! The house was even better than pictured, was a block from the beach and close to many great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The pool and landscaping was beautiful too. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible time during our visit on Anna Maria Island. This house was just like home away from home. Very clean and inviting. The pool and the back yard were very inviting and clean and the landscaping is beautiful. The house has a very nice open layout with lots of windows to let the sun shine in. There was a plethora of beach and pool toys available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the amenities and appliances anyone could ask for. The host was very response on the few questions we had. Check in and check out could not have been any easier. We would definitely reserve this house again if and when we are able to return to the island. Thank you Fran Maxon Realty!

Loved that we could park vehicle in the garage, was close to the beach and pool was a bonus when we just wanted to hang out at the house.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and just as advertised on VRBO. The pool and landscaping were beautiful and walking distance to the beach made for the perfect stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice relaxing Vacay

Had a great time, house was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults, 1 kiddo, and 1 dog. Enjoyed the pool, the comfy furniture, and the adorable house. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay overall. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated having the beach wagon available to easily haul all of our beach gear to and from the beach.There were just a couple of things that could be improved. The patio umbrella was broken when we arrived, and although we reached out about it, it was never replaced during our stay. The pool could also use a little more cleaning and maintenance.Other than those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend the property.

We sincerely apologize that the patio umbrella wasn't addressed during your visit. That's not the standard of service we aim for, and due to the size of the umbrella a new one had to be ordered and did not arrive during your visit. The pool is serviced twice a week but unfortunately if there is inclement weather in between it may affect the cleanliness. We'd love to welcome you back and ensure everything is perfect next time. Great home and location.

We loved the location of the house and the house itself was absolutely perfect. The poll and patio area was so nice for relaxing! Super close walk to the beach. Highly recommend !! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house one block from the beach

The kids loved spending most of the time outside in the pool. The house has all the amenities needed for a delightful week at the beach.

Excellent property! We were so comfortable at this beautiful home. Had one minor problem with pool and the management team had someone come out and correct the issue on a Sunday! Would highly recommend this property.

Great Property

The family loved it. Clean. Good amenities. Good pool and great backyard. Close to beach, and walked to 4th of July parade, which the kids loved. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I stayed in this rental for one glorious week. The property was exactly as listed beautiful backyard and pool accommodations couldn’t have been better! We loved the beach wagon for the short block and a half walk to the beach with the provided cooler we will be back! .

Street is a massive construction zone. Extremely noisy everyday during our visit. This made all outdoor areas unusable during the day.

Thank you for your review, Alex. We are sorry to hear that the construction across the street inconvenienced your stay and resulted in a two-star rating. We hope that you still enjoyed the newly remodeled accommodations, including the pool and the large backyard for your dog. Unfortunately, following the hurricanes of 2024, there is still restoration and new construction occurring throughout the island. We expect this work to be short-term and anticipate that the nearby home will be completed within a few months. We hope you will consider another visit to AMI in the future.

Awesome stay!

My partner and I spent almost 2 weeks at this property and it was awesome. The house was perfect and had everything you could think of. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you could need. The house was spotless. The location to the beach couldn't be beat and it's a few steps from one of the AMI trolley stops. We hope to make this trip a yearly vacation and will definitely be back to this place.

10/10 property . House is perfect for family . Location perfect . Two minute walk to the 70th street beach which is less crowded than some near public parking . 20 minute walk ( or 8 minute bike ride ) in either direction to stores , restaurants , bars etc . House is super clean . Beach chairs / umbrellas in the garage . Kitchen has everything you need . Bedrooms are very nice . Three TVs with all the apps and live tv . Backyard is awesome . Great pool with lots of sunlight all day. Grill is great . You can’t go wrong with this house

Backyard Oasis

Who needs the beach? The backyard and pool are truly a haven. But the proximity to the beach is also a plus. The kitchen was extremely well supplied compared to other rentals. The garage was filled with anything you need for the beach. We like this end of the island after staying at the other end last time. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

Anna Maria Hal's haven

House is great for 2 adults or a small family. Great location in regards to beach. Relatively quiet depending on renting neighbors. We did hear some loud kids frequently. Easy walk to beach. Clean, well equipped. Pool is nice, but cold in winter even with heating. Just a fact of weather. It's a bit of an aggravation picking up and dropping off keys. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

Awesome property

The house was larger than it looked in the pictures. Lots of room to spread out. The sunroom had a sofa bed which we utilized. There was also one in the living room. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Great heated pool which made it enjoyable since the weather was cool. Took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. All kids of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and toys to enjoy. Lovely island. Rented a golf cart which made it fun for our grandchild. The only problem we had were we needed a few more blankets and we were given them promptly . I would certainly stay here again.

Very nice location

The house was clean and had all the necessities for the week. The beach was a short walk from the house. The pool and outdoor patio area was everybody’s favorite part about the house. If we had any issues with things breaking or not working properly, the office sent out Wes to fix it. He went above and beyond to fixing things or answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
