Stay at Au Petit Bonheur, a charming apartment in a 1950s building located right in the heart of Lorient.
Completely renovated, you’ll step into a colorful 40-square-meter haven of peace featuring a living room, balcony, 1 bedroom, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
Not only is the apartment very bright thanks to its large picture window, but you’ll also enjoy DIRECT SUNLIGHT from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Perfect for drinks on summer evenings!
Right at the foot of the building, you’ll find RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS, SHOPS, and BARS. And just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll be at the marina, the movie theater, or on the pier heading toward Groix and Port-Louis!
For the more adventurous, buses just a 2-minute walk away will take you to the university campus, the “La Colloc” COWORKING SPACE, and the BEACH.
If you have a car, you’ll always find a parking spot near the building, whether it’s free or paid. Even though the neighborhood is pedestrian-only, you can still drive down the street.

No more sofa beds keeping us up at night! Whether you’re traveling as a couple or a group of four, everyone will sleep like they’re on a cloud.
WASHING MACHINE, REFRIGERATOR, oven, sheets and towels, DESK, high-speed Wi-Fi, Canal+ & Prime Video, bathtub, COFFEE and TEA… everything is included for your utmost enjoyment.

A Message from the Owner
------------------------------
Originally from Lorient, I set out to explore the world when I turned 18. Through my travels over the past 10 years, I’ve stayed at numerous hotels, hostels, and Airbnbs, both for tourism and work. And that’s how I came to understand what turns a temporary lodging into a home away from home.
Since then, I’ve always kept in mind the idea of one day—perhaps—offering a place to stay that combines the best aspects of my experiences.
In 2022, I decided to buy a pied-à-terre in my favorite city and fell in love with this 1950s apartment.
Fascinated by the postwar history of this city—which, after being completely destroyed, managed to rise from the rubble in just a few short years—I wanted to modernize a space steeped in history.
After two months of hard work—and with the invaluable help of my friends and family—I’m finally opening the doors to my first project.
I’ve poured a lot of energy and heart into creating this “Petit Bonheur,” and I hope it will allow you to enjoy a stay filled with positivity, joyful moments, and memories that will remain etched in your minds forever.
Enjoy your stay in the Lorient region!
