This two bedroom lake cabin is nestled in on one of Minnesotaā€™s finest fishing and recreational lakes. Lake Osakis is known for wonderful walleyes, panfish, pike and bass. Roast sā€™mores over a crackling fire as the sun sets across the lake. Loons singing in the distance to complete your new favorite family memory.

There are many things to do in the area besides just fishing and lake activities. The Osakis, Alexandria and Sauk Centre areas offer many craft and antique shops, clothing boutiques, breweries, distilleries, and wineries, and many local social events and festivals. Whatever youā€™re looking for, fun is never far away!

school holiday get away

This was our third stay at this cabin. There have been several upgrades and the cabin is clean, well appointed, and the lake views wonderful. It is close to family and many sight seeing and outdoor activities. We will stay again

Wonderful Experience!

Myself, husband and 3 kids thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at the cabin. It was very clean and welcoming, had all of the supplies we might need, and was very well kept. We loved the easy access to the water and great view of the lake. Loved eating on the deck and enjoyed a bonfire each night. Lake was great for fishing, tubing and kneeboarding - plenty large for several boats out at once. Communication with Doug was very timely and he was very accommodating to help us make the most of our vacation. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Beautiful Sunsets

The cabin was very clean & well done. The location was perfect for my husband, me & our dog. Interior is very nice & kitchen has everything you need. The deck is amazing for relaxing & beautiful sunsets every night. We rented a pontoon from ā€˜ Toon Tastic Pontoon Rentalsā€™ which enhanced our stay by exploring the lake & fishing. Definitely recommend this ā€˜gemā€™ & look forward to staying again.

The cabin was very clean and easy to check in and out with an electronic door lock. The host answered my text messages quickly. The cabin was nicely stocked with everyday items needed for a weeks stay. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful sunsets, fishing, and lake fun

My family had a wonderful week at your cabin. The cabin was clean and perfect for our family of 4 + dog. The wall mount air conditioner cooled the entire house (especially with fans on and doors open at night in bedrooms) and the bathroom/kitchen was well stocked to make the stay comfortable. Weather was warm, but a little windy mid-week. We discovered that the smaller bays were better on those days for boating/fishing when wind would slow down. We loved sitting on the shaded deck and turning on the porch lights in the evening. Found a couple spots to catch sunnies in the evening and morning close to the cabin and caught 6 species of fish. Get the Chicken Wild Rice pizza from Log Cabin Pizza in Osakis - you won't regret it.

Great winter getaway

This is a very nice and cozy cabin for a winter getaway. Everything was nice and clean. The cabin was well furnished with regular supplies and utensils. We would love to come back again.

Wonderful experience

Great cabin, good location on Osakis. Owners were awesome, very clean and nice. Honestly the pictures donā€™t do any justice. Place was fully stocked with everything you could need, including everything you inevitably forgetā€¦ I would absolutely rent again and suggest to others!!

Beautiful sunsets

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent our days hiking and evenings watching the sun set over the lake, making home cooked meals and relaxing in the super comfy living room or having a fire outside. We really enjoyed our stay!

peaceful cabin makes a great getaway spot with the lady and our dog

The cabin was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The interior of the cabin is dated, but well maintained and what you expect a cabin to look and feel like. comfy couches, lots of places to sleep, wood everywhere. coffee maker/stove/heater all work well. Outside the outdoor patio is good for breakfast and/or dinner and epic sunsets. There is a grill provided - we did not use. outdoor fire pit also provided. We have an electric vehicle and the 110v plug in the driveway was perfect for juicing up the car after our drives into town and around the area. the vibe is peaceful and tranquil. We stayed Wed-Mon and only noticed others on friday and saturday. the internet as others have mentioned is not fantastic - its Verizon LTE hotspot. It worked great for the wife's meetings and streaming some netflix - but it definitely peaked after the third day- no more streaming was possible. Recommended bringing dvds or other indoor activities. the kayaks were great and used everyday. It was our first time visiting Minnesota, but we are looking forward to going back again next summer.

Wonderful stay!

Such a great little cabin! A lot of thought went into the overall decor. Right on the water with an expansive deck great for dining al fresco and a dock with a bench at the end perfect for enjoying a beverage and stunning sunsets. Peaceful, relaxing stay for my husband and me along with our pup Juniper.

Everything we wanted / needed

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cabin was everything and more than we expected. I can tell the owner takes great pride in providing an enjoyable experience by all the little extra touches provided. We would definitely recommend this property and will be seriously considering booking again in the future! The fishing was awesome too!

One word- amazing!

As soon as we got there we fell in love with the view from deck! The inside was just as pleasing. Clean, organized, had all the essentials; and than some! The location of the cabin is quiet and relaxing. Every morning I took my dog on a walk and I loved the safe and country environment. The owner was very attentive to my messages and emphasized that he is just a call away if we needed anything. Will definitely be booking again!

Quite time by the lake

We had a fabulous time at the cabin. They thought of a the personal touches. Answered all questions and made it easy if we would have need anything during our stay. The kitchen and grill on the deck was my personal favorite we did all our meals there . They had everything i needed. The boat dock and doc was husband favorite. Kids loved it all would differently make it back again. Loved it all!!!

Very relaxing!!!

Youā€™re place place was amazing. We were ready for a good vacation and your place offered just that. It was very comfortable, relaxing and you offered all the amenities needed. We saw beautiful sunsets sitting on that awesome deck and enjoyed time on the lake. The only unfortunate thing was the low water levels, which made it difficult getting out from the dock.
