The villa also features a large bedroom with beautiful bedding, a flat screen TV, and access to the screened porch with beach chairs for guests' convenience. The second floor allows access to a private sun deck with panoramic views!

• This rental does not include access to other Wild Dunes pools or the fitness center

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
