DESCRIPTION<br>A house with a garden and terrace located 200 meters from the sea, less than 500 meters from the Prophète Beach, on the hillside of the Vallon de l'Oriol and sheltered by the Bonne Mère. This house, designed by the artist La Palma at the beginning of the century, can accommodate up to 6 or even 7–8 people. Ideal for families.<br>Private parking available 250 meters away (additional cost).<br>The neighborhood (lower Roucas Blanc) is very quiet.<br>The entrance to the house is an extension of the terrace. <br>The house includes:<br>On the first floor:<br>1. A fully equipped open-concept kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, gas stovetop, electric oven, and fridge-freezer;<br>2° an office area<br>3° a living/dining room featuring a sofa bed, 2 red armchairs, a wood-burning stove, an extendable dining table, and chairs;<br>3. A suite comprising a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) opening onto a bathroom with a walk-in shower finished in tadelakt and a large vanity counter<br>4. A separate toilet with a sink<br>Upstairs,<br>1. A loft with a 140x190 sofa bed, a dresser, and a red armchair. The loft transforms into a sleeping area by drawing the curtains.<br>2. A bathroom with a shower and sink, opening onto the mezzanine<br>3. A separate bedroom with a 140x190 bed, an 80x190 bed, a dresser, and a TV with a DVD player.<br>4. A separate toilet with a small sink<br><br>Wi-Fi <br>Air conditioning in the main living area and the upstairs bedroom<br><br>Outside, the patio features a gazebo for shade (and rain protection), an outdoor kitchen, two folding garden tables and chairs; a barbecue, and an outdoor seating area with a coffee table and 2 armchairs. <br><br>Details of the 4 sleeping arrangements for 7 or 8 people:<br>- 1 double bed (160x200)<br>- 2 double beds (140x190),<br>- 1 single bed (80x190)<br>- 1 extra mattress may be provided<br>- 1 baby crib is also available if needed.<br>And what more can I say… I hope you stay long enough to visit our national museum, the MUCEM, the replica of the Cosquer Cave, not to mention our calanques, and then discover all the other magical little spots that I’ll point out to you if you come to our house :) <br><br>ACCESS<br>The entire house, including the garden and terrace. <br>There’s a private parking spot 150m away with no additional fees<br><br>ACCESS VIA STAIRS: <br>The house is set back from Chemin du Vallon de l’Oriol and accessible from the street via a staircase shared with the neighboring houses, which is very common in this neighborhood. <br>You must climb 33 steps in a straight line to reach the garden gate and the house. <br>The steps are very easy to climb, but please let us know if you have mobility issues.
