We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this Vrbo! Rich was an outstanding host with excellent communication from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The property was very clean, well kept, and in a great location close to the beach. We especially appreciated all the beach items provided, including towels, chairs, pool noodles, and a boogie board, it made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Spot

Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Loved the building and pool deck. Perfect spot, will definitely be back.

Beautiful, clean and quiet location

We stayed with a group of kids for spring break. I loved the heated pool, the vicinity to the ocean and the condo was very clean and quiet.

Nice for a get away

Property was as described, clean, fresh and well appointed. Check in and out was easy in easy out. Very nice for a quick weekend away. Definitely would stay again!

Paradise at NSB

This property is amazing. It is super clean and the owner is very responsive to any questions I sent his way. The location is perfect and we really enjoyed our stay at NSB. We visit annually and this is one of the best properties we have stayed at.

Perfect little getaway close to it all!

Great condo on a beautiful stretch of NSB! Close to everything but far enough away to get away from it all. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Staycation for Us!

We live ~35 minutes from NSB but we really enjoyed getting away with our family and spending some much needed time at the beach. The property was extremely clean and very convenient, even with two toddler and a set of grandparents. The closeness of the beach and the amenity of the pool couldn't have been better. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for your family beach vacation!

Our stay was fantastic at this property. Easy check in and check out process. The apartment itself was in great condition with very nice appliances and furnishings. The location along the beach was perfect for my family in that it wasn’t as crowded as some beaches I’ve been to and the whole atmosphere was relaxed. I highly recommend you book this place for your vacation!!!

Perfect Beach Retreat

This property was perfect for my family!! The condo is very clean, and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a great beach vacay! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds and towels were freshly laundered. We absolutely loved everything!

A Wonderful Getaway

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. We absolutely love the property and the location. The amenities are wonderful and the owners are attentive and very responsive. I never worry when I stay at this property. It is clean and so comfortable. The views are gorgeous and everyone we meet is so kind.

Amazing Condo

This place is everything we wanted in a vacation destination. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was clean and up to date. The pool was clean and well maintained. No complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property and Location

Had a great vacation in NSB. Excellent property with plenty of room, good beds and great AC. We liked being away from the more crowded areas but close enough to many great restaurants and attractions. Owners were very responsive and accommodating with our very late check-in. If/When we vacation in this area again, will definitely check if this property is available. Thanks!

Perfect for a short break

We had a great time (4 nights) enjoying this condo and NSB. The balcony provided a gorgeous view of the beach, and we enjoyed cooking in the small but well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms each had their own bath, so this worked out great for two couples. The ac kept the condo cool even when it was blistering outside. The grounds and pool are well kept.

Our favorite week of the year

We have stayed at this unit now for a week for several years now and always enjoy it, Rich the owner is very responsive… kitchen selection and furniture selection is comfortable as well as the primary bed which is important when trying to relax at the beach .. location at this part of the island could not be better as it’s never over crowded as compared to other parts in New Smyrna … pool is also fun … will continue to rent here annually as long as we travel to New Smyrna

Perfect beach location

This part of New Smyrna Beach to us is the best as it is less crowded and cars cannot drive on this part of the beach. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach with any questions I had during stay. The unit sufficiently cooled to make it comfortable in heat of summer and has comfortable beds to sleep. The unit also has its own washer dryer abd plenty of closet space. We would recommend and will definitely book and stay again !

Don’t hesitate

I was a little worried by the lack of reviews, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The unit was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Everything that you would expect. It was a very relaxing weekend and I hope we can use it again. Don’t let the lack of reviews concern you, book it.

Gorgeous beachfront condo

We’ve been staying at Seaward for nearly 30 years so we are very familiar with the condo. The location is on the nicest stretch of beach, the pool has a view of the ocean, and you can see the beach from most of the balconies. The condo property has been upgrading things over the years, the stairs down the the beach, for example, although hurricanes can make that a necessity. In any case, new stairs, a beautiful clean pool, and well-maintained property make it a great place to stay. We’ve stayed at a few other condos over the years but nothing beats Seaward for me. We’ve stayed in a variety of units but this is one of the nicest, with updated kitchen, nice furniture, comfortable beds, and really comfy patio furniture. It was very clean. Walk in closet also. Though it’s further back, it still had a great patio view of the ocean and is close (but not on top of) the elevator. The 4th floor also gives it a good view. Would stay here again! Host was also very nice and communicated well.
