Upgraded to Vinyl floor throughout the units. No more carpet. Very clean and comfortable!

My condo is located on ground floor with no stair to climb, suitable for kids or wheelchair access. A private patio for BBQ on the end unit very private. 1 master bedroom and guest room with separated full bathroom. large family room, dinning area and full updated kitchen etc. washer and dryer in the unit. about 1100 Sq Ft. Extra pullout sofa bed. Additional have a Tatami Mat if you need hard surfaces or use for place mat for your infant.

Hyatt hotel is next street about 3-5 mins walking distance, one street away;

Bellevue Square shopping mall, Lincoln Square, imax thereat, Restaurants and pubs, park surround by. About 5 mins walking distance two streets away. Stores like Macy, Nordstrom, Microsoft store, Apple Store, amazon store, Disney store etc.

Bellevue transit center for bus takes you to where you wish to go. Located at 8th street/108th street. About 12-15 mins.

QFC grocery store: Walks about 5-8 mins for your fruits, dairy products Etc.

Our Carlyle Home away from home

We loved this home. Perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean, roomy, modern kitchen, comfy couches and great open feeling. The owner is amazing, kind, and accommodating to our family. We would definitely stay at this home again!!

Beautiful condo in a quiet neighborhood

This place was very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood but very close to shops and restaurant. The en suite master was amazing with the walk-in closet. Host was super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Great home away from home

My aunt, cousins and I were in town for a funeral. Helen was available to answer all questions prior to and during our stay and made the check in process a breeze. The unit was near to a great grocery store for all of our needs and one of our family members even walked to a nearbye nail salon to have her nails done.

Bellevue Work Trip

Great location

We would definitely stay at this home again. The location was great. It was minutes from Bellsquare, grocery stores, coffee, restaurants and anything else you could need. The home was very well stocked, and the host was FANTASTIC. Her communication was next level.

We had a great stay in Bellevue. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance from downtown shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need.Helen was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We might see you again next year :-)

Getaway to Seattle

We chose Bellevue as it was recommended by several friends and family members. It did not disappoint. The location was AWESOME!!! We felt very safe and could walk to a lot of local restaurants. Helen was a phenomenal host. She was VERY responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely home centrally located

This is a lovely home right in the heart of Bellevue. We were able to walk to grocery grocery stores, museums, parks. This home is probably the best stocked of any property I have stayed in. Incredibly clean as well. We would gladly rent this property again.

Condo is conveniently located (walking distance) to Bellevue Square and surrounding shops. Condo was clean, with new appliances in the kitchen and new TV in the family room. Many supplies provided (shampoo/conditioner, sanitizing wipes, etc). Helen was very responsive throughout our stay. There is AC in the family room (via portable unit with window exhaust) but there is no AC in bedrooms (there are standing fans). Master bedroom feels cluttered with unnecessary couches, one in particular that makes it difficult to get to the king bed on one side.

National Park Trip

We loved this property! Helen was so easy to work with and promptly answered any inquiries. The purpose of our trip was to visit all 3 national parks in Washington. This location was about two hours away from each of them and close to Seattle. Easy freeway access, close grocery store and restaurants if we needed and a home base for our adventures made this the perfect place to stay!

Comfortable and convenient condo

My family enjoyed our stay at this welcoming 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo. The location is safe and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The owner, Helen, went above and beyond to answer all questions and provide information about the condo and the neighborhood. I arrived at night and checked in with ease. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation in Bellevue!

Everything was lovely except for one issue we had. My daughter dropped an earring and looked under the bed to locate it. There was a used comdum wrapper! Perhaps cleaning under the bed isn't something done on a regular basis but I would suggest it.

Thanks Delores to point out the used OO underneath bed floor. We do check from time to time and clean. I will ask cleaner to pay more attention on it. It is weird issue why guest had such pleasure leave it for other to be seen. I should put a note there in the future🥰🤗😇 “take your happiness with you. “ 😂😂

Happy Holiday stay in Downtown Bellevue

Loads of natural light streams through the windows to this roomy 2/2 living space. Comfortable living room and dining room seating for 6 adults, plus a king bed; things not often found in rentals. Some occasional sound from neighbors above noticeable but not disruptive. Very communitcative and responsive host.

Family trip to Seattle

We had a very pleasant stay at the condo. The location is very convenient and most importantly in a very safe area. The unit is cozy, homey, clean, well furnished, and seems to have been recently and very nicely renovated. We also appreciate how there was an abundance of and a wide variety of toiletries (body wash, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, etc.) provided for us to choose from. Helen is the most wonderful host. She is courteous, always replied IMMEDIATELY to all my inquiries, provided clear and detailed information for check in, and even allowed us to check in early and check out late without additional charge. Thank you Helen. We would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Seattle area.

Great Location

Condo is in a great location for walking to eat and shop. Communication with Helen was very good. The house is stocked with everything you need. The mattresses on the beds were too soft & lacked support. The pillows were very flat. I informed Helen that ants were present all over the floor in the master bedroom. It doesn't seem right to ask your renters to do their dishes; wash the towels; and take out the garbage when paying a hefty cleaning fee.

Wonderful location!

Nice property and Helen was always very responsive on every question. The wood floor has bubbled in at least a few key walking places inside the condo and hopefully this will be fixed soon. It’s not terrible but it’s loud when walking on the bubbled spots and it would not be good for someone with unstable balance.

GREAT LOCATION!

The location was fantastic. It was walkable to the malls, restaurants and had great freeway access! That said, the condo is dated and in need of a paint job, deep cleaning and face lift. The bathrooms are far too cluttered, giving off a messy feeling. The counter tops are loaded with cleaning supplies, sanitizing sprays, sani-wipes and NUMEROUS GIGANTIC soaps, shampoos and lotions, that took up most of the counter space. There are too many sofas placed in the primary bedroom and it was very "crowded". In the final Pre-Check In Instructions, the owner instructed us to place all towels in the washer, load detergent and sanitizing bleach, and START the wash cycle BEFORE we left the Condo, (which we did ), BUT we found this an unusual request given the substantial Cleaning Fee that was charged. Additionally, handwritten signs in the condo, requested that we "remove our shoes and wear the rubber slippers " that were provided and lined up in the living room; we found this to be an annoying and odd request for a VRBO located in the US. In closing, the Condo is located in a primo location, but it needs an update, coat of paint, and some major de-cluttering, and editing! Thank you for the opportunity to review this property and our stay there.

Slippers are purchased from costco since the community has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Many guests are appreciated for the convenience that I provided for. The primary bathroom has varied shampoo conditioner and body washer as a choice for guests to choose preferred. Too much is better than not having it right. Sanitizer sprays are provided after Covid happens. Guest may want to use for their choice. Helping with start towels wash if you don’t like to do as your choice. I have never asked / used bleach. It is non bleach sanitizer to protecting guests from gems. Well, this is airbnb, vrbo home stays for comfort if you compare a 5 stars hotel you should think about, double check before making a choice of your vacation. I leave next guests to judge. Thank you so much for staying with me anyway!
