We’re thrilled to welcome you to our charming Guest Suite, a private and cozy retreat attached to our main house, perfect for relaxation and convenience. With a separate entrance and full bathroom, this space is ideal for up to 2 guests, with the option to accommodate a third in the same room.

About the Space
Our Guest Suite is designed for your comfort and convenience, featuring:

Private Entrance: Your own access for added privacy.
Smart TV: Enjoy local channels or connect your favorite streaming services (no cable).
Mini Kitchenette: Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave with built-in toaster, small toaster oven, griddle, coffee maker, and sink (no stove).

Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and a cozy dining table for two.
Extra Touches: Everything you need for a comfortable stay, from fresh linens to a welcoming atmosphere.

Please note, our home is a lively one with three children, so you may occasionally hear some light noise. The suite is adjacent to our kitchen, separated by a door we do not use during your stay to ensure your privacy.

Our Guest Suite is ideally situated for exploring Long Island and beyond:

5-minute walk to laundromat, and a bagel shop.
15-minute walk to the LIRR Train Station for a quick 35-minute express ride to Manhattan’s Penn Station (train fare: ~$18 round-trip, $80 weekly pass).
5-minute walk to the N4 Bus, connecting to Jamaica, Queens, and the subway to Manhattan.

Nearby Attractions:
15 minutes to Jones Beach and other South Shore beaches.
15–20 minutes to Nassau Coliseum and Roosevelt Field Mall.
10 minutes to Sands Mall, Oceanside.
5-minute drive to the Nautical Mile in Freeport.

1-hour drive to the Hamptons, North Fork Wine Country, or Tanger Outlets.
