a fully equipped and functional kitchen (large fridge, independent freezer, hob, washing machine, microwave, L'or Espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery)
- a comfortable bedroom (cupboard, 1 double memory foam bed (160X200) with 1 duvet and 2 cushions)
