When you approach, take in the incredible views on this 36 acre private gated estate. Enjoy the sounds of the Forest including birds chirping and an occasional breeze whispering thru the pines. As you enter your quarters, there is a state of the art kitchen with bar stools so you can cozy up to the counter. Enjoy a snack in the afternoon. There is a beautiful Kitchen before the Living area with a 75" Smart TV. You will not miss out on whatever you care to watch including Premium Channels as well as Netflix, etc. The private bedroom has a new Queen sized bed, dresser and plenty of closet space. There is a new stacker washer and dryer by the bedroom. Step into the bath with an oversized shower. Indeed , comfort is the word to describe being nestled in this secluded area of the main Ranch. This is an ideal retreat for a maximum of two guests although a friendly pet or two may be allowed if they get along well with other dogs. Horse boarding is available with extra fee and proper paperwork, and a garage space awaits your vehicle.

Great experience

Bobbi was an excellent host. The location and accommodations are beautiful. Great place to stay and enjoy hiking, nature and near by attractions. We would definitely stay again.

Peace and quiet with a cool town nearby

Very laid back and enjoyable experience. Bobbi's great and made the stay super enjoyable. Quick trips to town for lunch and dinner topped it all off to make it perfect.

Wonderful Getaway

My husband & I came to enjoy alone time with beautiful scenery. We achieved just that. We came & went as we pleased; as well as, enjoyed the porch, animals and conversation with Bobbi and her friends.

Great host. Beautiful location.

36 acre equestrian ranch set within the Red Rocks Campground and national forest, its the best of both modern comfort in a tranquil back-to-nature setting. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from oversized porches and across the meadows in the valley. Amazing hiking just steps away from the property. Bobbi and her welcoming committee (3 sweet Rat Terriers) made me feel right at home. I was traveling in from Washington State for a family event and Bobbi provided the perfect blend of a quiet getaway when I needed it, yet a friendly welcoming atmosphere and comradery over coffee on the porch with the pooches so I felt right at home.

Amazing experience

Our stay was fantastic! The host, Bobbi, was extremely friendly and ever so welcoming. She made us feel like family. Her property is absolutely gorgeous. The basement apartment was fully stocked and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Home away from home!

Beautiful setting in the mountains. We felt like we were truly valued guests! The friendliness of our host was wonderful. She literally welcomed us like family. The apartment is well-appointed with everything we could need. Also, our pup loved it there with all the friendly dogs!

Heavenly, 10's all around!

Host Bobbie was the absolute 'best'. Property was the best. The lodging was extremely clean and lots of amenities, that I never expected. The property, porches were so relaxing and just what I needed. The views were extraordinary. We lucked out on the best weather! I cannot wait to go back again!

Beautiful accomofations

Bobbi was a gracious host. The property has beautiful views of the mountains. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. Great for 2 people who want to relax and feel at home. Close to surrounding small mountain towns with plenty of hiking and tourist activities. Difficult to find at first using GPS. It is better to talk to Bobbi in person and get directions from her. Lovely location! We would certainly stay here again!

The perfect retreat

Bobbi is a wonderful host & I fell in love with this property. It’s by far the nicest VRBO I’ve stayed at & the best part was that my dog loved it too. From the comfy bed to the upscale appliances & furnishings, everything was so nice. It’s very quiet & incredibly beautiful, and the horses were such a wonderful part of the stay. I loved being near them & feeding them carrots. I didn’t want to leave & will be back as often as I can. Thank you Bobbi!

Wonderful!

The property is in a beautiful setting and it was a joy to see the scenery and take walks through the National Forest which was the “backyard” of the property. Surrounded by beautiful horses and meeting their owners was an added plus as was meeting the hostess who was an absolute delight. The apartment was tiny enough, well stocked with what you need, fairly new with nice appliances and all the internet you could want. Our stay was lengthy and we feel blessed to have chosen Bobbi’s “hideaway”. EK and PK

Beautiful location, but no view in this basement apt.

Wonderful setting on horse ranch, friendly owner, but downstairs basement apt. has no windows and no private exit via the stairs .

Great property with everything you need to enjoy the Colorado mountains

Bobbi is a great host and ready to help. The property has everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the mountains. We especially liked the trails at the entrance of the property road. The only issues we had were: 1) the road can get difficult to traverse if it rains. Bobbi fixes the road whenever needed, but it is best to use a 4x4 vehicle to drive there. 2) The are rodents that roam at night inside the property. Bobbi is addressing the issue with repellents and traps, but we had some items chewed by them because we left them next to the baseboards charging at night (wristwatch bands).

Racine Ranch

The accommodations were warm and inviting. The space has been recently finished and everything was expertly and tastefully done. We particularly appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the washer & dryer. The highlight of our time there was spent outdoors walking the grounds and spending time with the beautiful horses. Bobbi, our host, could not be more hospitable or gracious.

Horses, hiking, and hospitality!

Bobbi is an excellent host, very informative and hospitable. She lives on a horse farm, and a perk is getting to feed her horses carrots. Another bonus to her property is that it borders the Natl Forest, so there is plenty of hiking and exploring right outside the door.

The Hostess was a National recognized Endurance Rider who now assists others in the care of their World Class mounts. She has logged over 8000 Endurance Miles including completing the Tevis Cup in California, winning the National 100 mile Championship in Wisconsin. She chose to move here because she felt it was one of the best places to train as well as the most beautiful place to live after many travels. She splits her time with numerous activities including the Local Dog Rescue and loves to hike.
