The location of this villa is a real asset: situated in a quiet residential area, this semi-detached villa boasts an unobstructed view of the bay as well as the islets of Robert whilst remaining close to shops.



Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this villa spread over 2 levels can accommodate up to 5 travellers.



Upon arrival at the garden level accessible by a beautiful wooden staircase, you will discover the lounge area with its sofas and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The kitchen, open to the lounge, is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle as well as a filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto are also at your disposal.



The villa has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a king size bed (180/200)

Bedroom 2: equipped with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a king size bed (180/200)

On request, a child's camp bed can be added to one of the bedrooms.



All rooms are air-conditioned. A bathroom with shower and toilet as well as another independent toilet complete the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

You will enjoy a terrace with its lounge area and dining space, ideal for enjoying a ti punch in the evening or a barbecue in front of the sunset over the bay. The punch bowl pool and its sun loungers await you for relaxing afternoons by the poolside. You will also have sea access with a private jetty shared by the 3 villas.
