We are offering this charming one-bedroom apartment for rent in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, with a ski resort within walking distance and a swimming pool. It has a surface area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 23 m² living room with TV, sofa (convertible sofa bed)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker/espresso machine...
- Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm double bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: 140x200 cm sofa bed, with closet and no window
- Bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Shared indoor heated swimming pool (5x7m), equipped with changing rooms and showers. Open from April 1 to September 30 (opening dates not contractual). Opening hours: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. without interruption.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Lakes equipped for water sports
- Unusual tours focusing on local resources: wood, eyewear, Comté cheese, for example, the tour of the Fort des Rousses is particularly interesting

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The opening dates of the communal swimming pool are not contractual. Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
