Wonderful quiet low traffic location only 3 miles from the beach

Beautiful home located in a lovely & quiet and almost hidden neighbourhood only 3 miles away from the beach. There is a public park with a dog park, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and softball within a short distance and also a busy shop/restaurant plaza a similar distance.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, small dining area, living room and separate laundry room with washer & dryer. Sleeping accommodations include three-bedrooms plus a den and two full baths. Master bedroom includes ensuite, king bed, large walk thru closet & access to back patio. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a queen beds and share a bathroom.

Property is within walking distance to a public park with walking trail and tennis/pickleball courts as well as baseball and soccer fields. It is also a short distance to many restaurants, cafes, upscale shopping and entertainment.

Please note that bookings between 1st December to 30th April are only available as 90-day rentals. Dates outside this are two weeks minimum.

Great getaway in Naples

The house was excellent for us. Simon and Sheryl did a marvelous job putting together a very comfortable place in which to relax. The proximity to many of Naples offerings is excellent yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed our month long stay immensely. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We will be back if possible.

Enjoyment

The house was everything advertised as was the owner. We would continue to rent this location but our length of stay wishes don’t match the time period the owner wishes to rent.

2 Weeks Were Not Enough!

This property is everything and more. From the moment we walked in, we were treated to a beautiful newer home stocked with everything you could want or need for your stay. The home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach, restaurants, touristy shopping, and big box stores. The owners are nearby and available if you have an issue, but we never encountered any problems. Your time here will pass by too quickly! Book now! It’s a gem!

Best VRBO Ever - Our "New Favorite!"

From the moment we came across this listing available so late in planning, we felt fortunate. Though the location was further away from the beach than our "old" favorite place to stay, it was still within biking distance to the beach, offering public tennis (and pickle ball) courts immediately adjacent to the subdivision. Simon greeted us warmly on arrival advising to contact him with any needs, though there was little to be missed. This home is well-represented by its description - reflecting new construction in a very clean, well-maintained neighborhood. Architectural enhancements include high ceilings with tall doorways highlighting a split floor plan with open common area, large master suite with walk-through closets to the master bath with walk-in shower and long dual vanity. Central air, ceiling fans and sliding glass patio doors off the back of the living room and master bedroom provide a variety of environmental comfort options and natural light in addition to well apportioned led lighting. 2+ car garage provides ample parking and space for bring-a-long toys and sporting goods. Cook wares, small and large appliances and table service were all provided as well as bed and bath linens. Location is central to beaches, shopping and eateries including fast easy access to I-75 and US41. A great place to make lasting memories as well as lasting friendships!

Fantastisk hus

Nydelig hus som anbefales på det varmeste. Ligger i en rolig gate i nærheten av strand og matbutikker. Her har du absolutt alt du trenger. Huset føltes som et hjem. Super airconditition, nydelig master bad med stor dusj og skikkelig vanntrykk. Velutstyrt og lekkert kjøkken. Veldig hjelpsom vert som svarte raskt når vi lurte på noe. Vi kommer til å bestille dette huset igjen når vi skal tilbake til Naples neste gang.
