Come escape to Beach Bliss in beautiful Jax Beach! This 1 bedroom apartment is professionally designed by a local interior designer. Located in North Jacksonville Beach, we are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide privacy. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals.

Unit is located on a 2nd floor, you must climb stairs

Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!

We are a 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath unit in a 4-unit complex 1 short block from the ocean (~100 yards). This unit is on the second level so there are stairs to get into the unit. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, and fold-out dining table. We also offer to book all 4 units if you want to host a family reunion/event.

Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy.

We love pets! $30/pet/night. No need to ask us if we allow pets. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.

We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

Fast wifi from Xfinity.

We live in Jacksonville Beach ourselves, so give us a shout if you need anything at all. We generally respond within 30 min between 8am - 9pm.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect spot for rest and relaxation. Right by the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, coffee, etc. It was my little beach bungalow for 2 weeks and could not be happier.

Beach getaway

The weather was a bit cold. We found portable heaters on the second day. So the first night we were cold. The kitchen water was smelly. We bought bottled water for the rest of our stay. Location is great!

Perfect location on the beach

This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach which was perfect ! The space was perfect for a beach trip the chairs and beach towels were such a huge plus since we flew in from another state ! The kitchen had everything you needed along with the washer dryer was perfect. Whole apartment stayed nice and cool the whole trip! The shower was horrible the water pressure was so bad it desperately needs a updated shower head//plumbing. There were a lot of termites in the bathroom so their wings were everywhere. The queen bed was not comfortable what so ever the mattress felt like you were sleeping on the floor.

Lovely Place

This property was just as described on the listing. There were extra beach chairs and activities to carry along with you to a 5 min walk to the beach. During our stay, something was leaking to the floor below and it was resolved less than an hour. The kind owners gave us a refund for the inconvenience of maintenance coming into our room but they were super nice and effective. Lots of communication and super cute home to stay in for the week. We loved it.

First night thought we had no water but just a different vavle then used to. The Maint mgr showed up within 10 minutes of my text and took care of the issue. Very nice and professional and I he was prior military. Very impressed with response time in taking care to f issue. Unit was alittle dated but it was clean. Thank you

OK for the price

This is an old structure that has been (superficially) remodeled, however it has issues (AC window unit can hardly keep up on hot days, noise from neighbors and downstairs guests is audible, etc). The management company was not very knowledgeable in my dealigns with them (asked me to call VRBO several times when assistance was needed, just for VRBO to tell me to call them back...). On the positive side, the unit is in a good location, relatively newly furnished, clean and well kept. It is better than a hotel room at current prices, however looking at their published 2023 prices, I'd stay elsewhere.

Great stay

Perfect sized place for one person or a couple. The beach is a short walk away and the neighborhood is quiet. It had everything I needed. Great place and I would highly recommend it.

Great location! Wish we'd made our trip longer!

This property is amazing! My husband and I booked it for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Two minute walk to the beach (if that) and a 5 minute drive to Neptune Beach area. The space itself is small but cozy and had everything we could need!

Adorable comfy place in great location

Such a cute place with good parking & close to beach, etc. Fresh decor & mid-century modern feel. A nice bedroom with plenty of closet space & comfy bed. Good kitchen & bath and big washer/dryer + perfect space for watching tv and trestle table for eating. Desk area was great for doing a few things for work. Cute front porch & good off-street parking. It was 100 degrees when we were there but the A/C kept it cool thankfully. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach vacation property

My husband and I stayed here for five nights. It was perfect for the two of us. Cute and comfortable. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and also to great bars/restaurants. The property manager checked in frequently to ensure everything was perfect and to help us in any way they could. One of the beach chairs was broken, so they had it replaced within an hour! Amazing service!

Close To the Beach

My husband and I wanted a place walking distance from the beach which was clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood and this place was exactly right for us. We enjoyed being on the second floor because there is a small deck for morning coffee. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the place has many amenities: beach chairs, beach towels, washer/ drier, ironing board and iron and hair drier. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets very close by; we would stay here again.

A charming apartment close to the beach!

We loved our stay! This property was so cute and cozy! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed too. We loved having our coffee on the deck area each morning. We also needed a couple of items and the host delivered them right away! Highly recommend this adorable property.

The managers were extremely accommodating and the property was exactly as advertised. Very pet friendly, but clean! Small and quaint but great for 2 people and a dog.

We really enjoyed our stay and was perfect for a couple! Having beach chairs & beach towels included with the rental was a big perk. 1/2 block/easy access to the beach. Great location between Jax Beach bars/restaurants and short bike ride to Neptune & Atlantic Beach. Very high quality towels, pillows and linens. Owners sent standard communications in a timely manner and had very prompt responses to other messages. The only "downside" was no microwave, but this was likely my own oversight in the property description.

excellent property

neat and clean, killer location, strong A/C, comfortable and with just about everything you need. directions need to add “it’s BEHIND house #120 via the alleyway to the left” but that’s about the only comment that isn’t a superlative. I’d rent it again without hesitation.

Perfect Mother’s Day Getaway!

I rented this little apartment for my mother to visit in luxury, and she did just that. The apartment is charming and smelled so clean when we walked in. It’s within walking distance to anything she could need or want which was perfect since she traveled without a car, and having access to a washer and dryer was a treat. Her only complaint was that the shopper didn’t drain too well, and she had difficulty hearing the water to heat up, but we understand that happens sometimes. Nothing a minor service couldn’t fix. Overall, 5 star stay, well worth the investment and we hope to stay here again!
