The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1950, renovated in 2005, and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated on a farm. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture. Refund of the deposit at the latest 7 days after departure via bank transfer.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (wood/coal) and underfloor heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the 2nd floor and covered and leads over an internal stair and an external stair directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Guests have a separate entrance; Do not use the landlord's entrance. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at mattress and TV. Bedroom 11 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at mattress. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 22 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the balcony. Storeroom 3 sqm, not heatable. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Radio is possible via TV

Location
Schlitters, district Schlitterberg, 890 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a farm, on an open garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs, and trees. In the same house, there are 2 holiday apartments TIR ZIL 263 and TIR ZIL 264 (each for 7 people). The mountain farm is surrounded by forest and meadows. On the property, there is a wildlife enclosure, children's playground, barbecue facilities, parking space. Home-made products such as organic free-range eggs, schnapps, yogurt, honey, tea, spirits, and hay milk can be purchased. Our pets can be observed and are happy to be petted and cared for. Farm tours available. Access is via a mountain road (paved, length 3000 m). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 5 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house. Access is via a paved mountain road. Snow chains should be carried but are rarely needed. Follow the arrival instructions from the landlord carefully, do not drive blindly with navigation!
