Thank you for the review! I couldn't agree more with you about the location, hard to imagine a better location than historic Germantown, with such an easy walk to Broadway but also some of the best restaurants in the city within a block of the property.

Great location! Easily walkable to several local bars, restaurants and stores. Easy Uber to downtown. If you have a large group, great spaces to hang out with lots of room. Plus a video arcade with several fun/old school games! Payton and team are highly responsive and made the stay a breeze.

Thanks so much Brian! Glad the arcade was a hit and couldn't agree more about the location. So many incredible bars/restaurants and shops in the area. Germantown is an incredible area and so close to everything else Nashville has to offer!

Great host, great location, and great amenities. Would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our group of 5 couples and we all had our own rooms.

Well cared for space which comfortably housed friends and family . Appreciated the parking , bathroom shampoo conditioner lotion. Situated next to several eateries with good food . Parking was easy. Hot tub and outdoor space a plus . Attentive hosts .

5 couples stayed in 2 units and had a great weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday. The backyard was great with the fire pit, bocce ball, and hot tub! It’s located in a great neighborhood and we would definitely come back!

Amazing

We loved staying at this location. Out group rented both B and C. We enjoyed the comic book theme in B and the classic clean look of A. I would definitely stay again!

Awesome Duplex!

We had the best time at this property. It was a perfect rental that accommodated 14 of us. The setup was perfect and we loved how it was decorated. I highly recommend this rental and will use it again in the future.

Convenient Place to Stay

We had a pleasant stay in the property. Instructions were pretty clear on the check-in process. Ryan responded back very quickly on any queries.

Great place

Great stay!

My group (12 girls) had a fantastic stay at Ryan's home. It was perfect for a group of girls - mirrors in ever room with outlets and chairs. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms all with an equal sleeping set up. Nice outdoor space. Could not have been better!

We rented adjoining units for our group of 14. Accommodations were perfect and location was great, just a quick Uber ride to Broadway. Ryan was very helpful with recommendations for local eateries. Germantown is an adorable community with lots to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house

We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect, everyone loved it! Each couple was able to have there own bathrooms which was awesome and everything was super clean. The host responded right away whenever we had any questions. Definitely recommending to anyone staying in nashville. We will most definitely stay here again when we come back.

Perfect for a large group

We had the 2 units in the back near the alley. 7 bedrooms and 7 people and we all came on our own schedules for a business function there and it was perfect for what we needed. Appreciated the bocce court and outdoor area.

Wife's 50th

Very clean and modern, would be walking distance in better weather but single digit temps required an Uber to Broadway, would still uber either way we are old now. The host communication is amazing. Plenty of good spots very close too.

Very happy

The house was exactly how the pictures presented it! The multiple bedrooms worked great for the number of couples we had staying. Very clean and taken care of! Had a few questions along the way and while staying there and the hosts messaged back within 10 min. Every time!! Would highly recommend!

Birthday trip with friends

Everything was great. Only one suggestion would be to have a floor mat at the entrance of the place. We came in after a day of wintery wet weather. The sidewalk was wet with leaves on it. Without any mat we tracked up the entire place hauling in our stuff. Other than that no complaints.

This property was perfect for our group. It was exactly as pictured. It is right in German town and perfectly situated within walking distance to restaurants, breweries and bars. Easy to get around as well. There are electric scooters EVERYWHERE so you don’t have to walk if you done want to. German Town is safe, vibrant and people are out and about jogging, walking dogs, pushing strollers, etc. daily. Downtown is a quick and easy uber ride. Ubers/Lyft are everywhere so your wait is about 5min for a ride. We walked back from broadway one evening just to see what it was like. The walk took us 20min. Super easy and felt safe. Of course we were 7 dudes, but we passed a few groups of college kids walking from German Town to downtown, so that should tell you something. Overall it was a perfect location and setup for us. Out of the craziness of downtown but close enough to jump in when desired.

Girls Retirement Holiday Weekend

We had a group of 13 ladies for a retirement celebration in Nashville and had a fabulous time! The 7BR and 6BA were perfect for our group! Each BR was lovelier than the last. The 2 places were exactly as pictured. If you have rented both B and C, there is quick and easy access to both sides via a side door. The outdoor space is turf and very clean, but you do share the yard with house A, which fairly close. We were initially concerned, as there are quiet hours posted from 9-9 and you are not to be in the outdoor space after 9pm. This turned out not to be an issue for our group. We did have an issue with the air conditioner on night one where it got up to 80 degrees. We contacted the owner, Natasha, and she had an air conditioner tech there almost immediately (and this was a holiday weekend)!! It was fixed very quickly and we were all very thankful! The location is in Germantown and there are lots of cute bars/restaurants within east walking distance. We felt very safe in the neighborhood walking as well. Uber rides to downtown Broadway very inexpensive. We all agreed we would absolutely stay here again!!

Thank you so much for the review Jeana. It is always great to hear that the location was as good in person as it is in the pictures! While we never like for issues like the AC to happen, we pride ourselves on being extremely quick to respond and fix and issue that may arise. We also strongly agree about Germantown, such an incredible area with great restaurants and a short walk to seemingly everything!
