This beautiful Family Golf Villa has the best of both worlds. Located in Murrells Inlet close to Myrtle Beach this top floor unit with an elevator is only a mile away from the beach. Go golfing during the day and walk the beach at night or take the kids to the miniature golf course and get some ice cream after at the shop. This well maintained 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 8-9 people. Condo has been updated with new carpets, couches, stainless steel kitchen appliances and high-quality beds. With two king bedrooms, a Carolina room (used as extra bedroom) and a third bedroom kids paradise this place is perfect for a great family vacation with both golf and beach activities. We offer a discount for bookings of 7 days or more. Also monthly rentals during the Fall, Winter and Spring season receive a discount as well.

The main living room has new carpets, a new couch, a new 58” smart TV, dining room table that seats 6 people and seating for 3 others on the kitchen high top counter. There is also a desk for anyone who needs to take care of work while on vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, 12 cup coffee pot, toaster oven with a pizza stone, blender, electric griddle, crockpot, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and other cooking supplies. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

This complex has two pools, one outside and one indoor heated pool with a kiddie pool. There is a fitness center, business center, sand volleyball court, pickleball courts, outdoor charcoal grills, picnic areas and beautiful seating areas throughout the complex.

Tupelo Bay Golf course has a golf center with a pro shop, 18-hole executive course, a 9-hole par three course, 2 - 18 hole miniature golf courses, driving range and night golf. The complex has foot golf and frisbee golf as well. There is an ice cream shop at the mini-golf course.

This unit has beach towels, chairs, and sand toys for the kids to bring to the beach. Take the shuttle free of charge to the beach and back. (Shuttle runs peak season: May to September) This rental comes with free wifi and the linens are INCLUDED in the cleaning price. This is a NO smoking, NO pets, NO parties and NO Senior Week rentals allowed. There is a Ring doorbell at the entrance of the condo, which is there for emergence purposes. If anything happens outside of the condo I have access to the video footage.

Nearby attractions include Broadway at the Beach, Market Place Commons, Murrells Inlet March Walk, Wild Water & Wheels Family Park, as well as easy access to the ocean. Popular waterfront dining locations: Wicked Tuna, Dead Dog Saloon and Conch Café’.
