Here you will find the large living room with the very well equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. In the central area of the first floor there is a large covered terrace, a bathroom and another smaller living room. From both living rooms you have a great sea view, and here you are separated from the pool terrace only by sliding doors. On the second floor are bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have covered terraces. On the 2nd floor is bedroom 5, one wall of which is a glass facade and therefore offers a fabulous view of the town of Pag and the Velebit Channel. Around the pool there are terraces where you can sunbathe. Then, when it gets too hot for you, enjoy a cool drink in the shade of the pavilion and the view of the Velebit mountain massif. In the evening hours, the pool is illuminated, creating a romantic atmosphere. Children can play carefree on the fenced property. The beach below the house is a stone beach. However, in a few minutes walk you can reach a beautiful pebble beach. The town of Pag is only about 3 km away. Here you will be offered boat trips and diving courses. Visit the local restaurants and don't miss the lamb and the spicy Pag cheese. Roof slopes with minimum height 1.20 m.
