This charming 130 m² house in Saint-Malo can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a 500 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Four bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190), 1 sofa bed, 2 single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
