The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet hillside location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and a campfire site. The children's chair refers to a growing chair for children under 4 years old.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 8 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 17 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating. Heating is operated by the proprietor. It is forbidden to move around with any furniture, especially the TV and the stereo. Please respect it. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Ski room Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV, stereo system, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and Dishwasher capsules are not included. Tchibo machine available (capsules are not provided). Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.
2nd floor: Common room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, fireplace, dinette, TV, stereo system, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and Dishwasher capsules are not included. Tchibo machine available (capsules are not provided). The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.

Location
Pec pod Snezkou, district Velká Úpa, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access to the house is uphill. The holiday home is located above the well-known holiday resort. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and one parking space in town (distance 300 m). Parking for 3 cars in summer (2 cars in winter) at the guesthouse for a fee. In the summer months, the fee of 200 CZK is paid at a machine in the village below the hill and is valid for the whole week. In winter, access to the building is prohibited, parking is at the central car park 300 m from the guesthouse for a fee of 250 CZK / car / day.
