La Maison Bleue Coulée - on private and quiet property 100 m from the beach.

We offer for rent, in the town of Saint-François, this charming house facing the beach of the coulée by crossing the street, with an area of 36 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It is composed of a pretty living room of 15 m², an open fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 700 m².
TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and beach towel included.

The single-storey dwelling is composed as follows:
- A south-facing living room of 15 m² with TV and dining area accommodating 4 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1 air-conditioned and facing North: a double bed (140×200).
- Bedroom 2 air-conditioned and facing North: two single beds (90x200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside:
- A sheltered terrace, facing South, of 12 m² with furniture.
- An enclosed and private garden of 700 m².
- Parking and electric gate.
- Outdoor shower "beach exit".
- Barbecue.

Wonderful stay in this house, beautiful as in the photos in the ad.
I highly recommend this tranquil place just steps from the ocean.
