The master bedroom & bath is on the main level featuring a jet tub and walk in shower. The laundry room with front-loading machines is just off the master bath.

The main level walks out onto a large private deck for grilling and viewing the western sunset over the Black Hills.

The lower level is large and open, it has a corner bar and plenty of space for blow up mattresses for the kids. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed and a queen there is plenty of sleeping space. Two nice features downstairs are the very private outdoor hot tub out the walk out (upon request) and a new dry sauna.

The garage is 30 x 40 for your motorcycles, snowmobiles or trail bikes.

The best feature is it is just one minute off of interstate 90 and is located close to shopping, fine dining and nightlife. Terry Peak Ski area and the Mickelson Trail as well as Deadwood are just 20 minutes away. Sturgis, home of the famous motorcycle rally is a 14-minute cruise down the interstate or on the scenic service roads.
