Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 185 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over a 20 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with lounge, TV, DVD and radio. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 2 tables, 10 chairs and parasol. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and Nespresso coffee machine and Senseo coffee normal coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, window and washing machine. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table, 10 chairs and parasol. 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Location
Černý Důl, 750 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a fenced garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is only suitable for families, youth groups are prohibited. Parking on the property. At your own risk. In winter: Snow/ice from the roof. No parking!! The renovated holiday home was furnished in the Dutch style and is located in the middle of a small mountain village in the Giant Mountains National Park and near a stream. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Parking at your own risk. Attention: In winter, snow/ice from the roof!!
