The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2010, was renovated in 2025 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. The following are available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, children’s playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 9 rooms (from which 7 bedrooms), is 410 sqm and can accommodate up to 16 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas), stove in all rooms (gas) and underfloor heating. Only French and English programs. (Please specify in advance which programs you want, needs to be established). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over 2 steps directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and lounge. The holiday home is richly furnished and has 1 balcony. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and CD. The dinette offers space for 14 persons. You have access with garden furniture, 1 table and 14 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with WC and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and lounge. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 baby bed and lounge. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and lounge. Bedroom with 2 single beds and DVD. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna, cable and satellite.


Location
Lipno nad Vltavou, 800 m ASL. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot of 1800 sqm with lawn and shrubs, enclosed by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. There is an electric car charging station on the property.

Central heating (gas), stove in every room (gas), underfloor heating. French and English channels only. (Please specify in advance which channels you want; they must be set up). Children’s toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), books, DVDs and/or music for children, iron and ironing board. TV reception via aerial, satellite.
